I recently experienced a severe vibration issue with my
I recently experienced a severe vibration issue with my ATS and decided to take it to this dealership, thinking it would be the safest option. After explaining the problem, they performed some troubleshooting and told me that the issue was due to my tires. Following their recommendation, I replaced all four tires. However, after picking up the car and driving it on the highway for about 30 minutes, the loud vibration persisted. When I got home, I noticed a burning smell coming from the rear tires. I brought the car back to the dealership the next day and drove with a technician to help reproduce the issue. They then identified a loose front caliper as the cause. I drove the car for a few more days, usually for no more than 15 minutes at a time, but the vibration continued. Frustrated, I let the car sit for a couple of weeks before deciding to check the rear brakes myself. I discovered that the real problem was a stuck caliper pin, and the brake pads were completely worn out. I'm baffled as to how this dealership could miss such a critical issue, especially after inspecting the car twice. Their negligence put my safety at serious risk. I called the dealership to give them a chance to help rectify the issue. The representative I spoke to was reportedly on another call, so I left a message with a different rep who assured me that Frank would get back to me as soon as he was available. However, I never received a call back. The entire process is frustrating and exhausting.

Came in for airbag recall. Received excellent service from convenient appointment date/time to ease of drop-off and pick-up. Signed for work performed, vehicle brought to me washed and vacuumed and I was SAFELY on my way :) Thank You!

I highly recommend Scranton motors, it was the best dealer experience I have had in a very long time. very courteous. They took care of my warranty without any hassles ! I like that the service department seemed to run very smoothly. The whole staff was very accommodating.

Definitely should've read reviews before hand. Although I like the vehicle, some details would deter me from ever shopping here again. 1. Interest rate was very high and not told to me until half way through paperwork. 2. Battery on my vehicle died just two weeks in and the auto stop/start function stopped. Ship looked at it twice and said they couldn't find anything wrong. I was told all sorts of stuff like there's a lot of electronics in there and its hot and humid out. But it worked when I first got the car? 3. Salesmen promised me mats for the car. I asked him three times and he gave me a run around. 4. After a week I still didn't receive my security deposit which I had to go in to get back. 5. Just saw that the compartment lock latches in my tailgate didn't sit properly and are chewing away at the housing. 6. My bill never came so I asked them what to do. I got a text saying to call TD. When I asked for the account number or any other info I may need. I was given no response. 7. I was never explained anything about the car, especially all this infotainment stuff and later realized that I need to agree to a whole bunch of nonsense data collection to be able to use it. I probably would not have bought the car If I had known all that. Small details pile up.
