A very easy transaction.

A very easy transaction. No pressure, and a very pleasant experience overall. Angelo was very accommodating, and answered any questions we had. Even though I was buying a used vehicle that wasn’t a GMC product, I was treated like I was buying a new vehicle. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Scranton. Thanks guys!

Worst experience with service I have ever had.

Worst experience with service I have ever had. I would not bring my Truck here again. Truck came back damaged due to tree sap eating thru my paint. They indicated they could do nothing because “it was an act of god” Ridiculous especially since they parked it under trees. Brand new 2024 Truck damaged paint. I called left a message for the general manager to call me spoke to service manger “Rob” who was terrible. General Manager never called back. Very disappointing!!!
