When I drove up to service I immediately was greeted by a service representative and the service and timing were discussed,The service area, the showroom and the waiting area were all spotless. The service and timing were as promised. Overall an excellent experience and my service representative was Eric Calica, Great Job !!

Excellent service and attention to detail on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Technicians provide a video of the inspection and recommendations. Very thorough. Matt Evans is the service lead. He is very prompt, responsive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mitchell Service. It is worth the expense to have it done right.

Their service team is knowledgeable and explains things clearly. I had some special requested work, they asked for clarification in detail before starting the work. We bought the Pacifica in 2019 before they moved, and had a great sales experience too.
