First of all, we made an appointment for the 200k service on our 2019 Ram Laramie 2500. I guess there isn’t an official 200k service, Eric, our service person said we needed to have the spark plugs checked??!?!! We have a diesel?!? Tony, intake service person, very nicely, provided us with a loaner as they were going to have the car for several hours. I explained this truck tows our RV, our home, as we are full time RVers. He asked about the fuel filters, I said we do them as needed. Which in my mind ment if it was needed, DO them!! The next day, as we drove towards the Canadian border, 250 miles after leaving Mitchell Ram, the Fuel Filter Service Required light flashed on my dashboard! What the heck!! Tony did call me about needing rear brakes and we gave the go ahead, we absolutely wanted the truck ready for the next 5k of our journey! Why wouldn’t the 2% left on the fuel filters have triggered a call, as well? Anyway that delayed our trip another day as we had to find, yet another Ram dealer to replace them! Tony was nice but there was a breakdown somewhere. As full time RVers we travel 365 days a year, this means we meet a lot of Ram service dealers, we will most likely visit Mitchell again as we travel through the Farmington Valley, but the ball was dropped and luckily we found a wonderful dealership to work us in and complete the work that should have been done in the first place!! Our 200k bill was $2640…the fuel filters were an additional $560. I would have much rather paid Mitchell’s that money saved myself the angst and the extra day of delay! Hope you keep this all in mind for future customers!

Due to recall I brought my car back to be serviced. Ask about the ac that doesn't work n 1 balding tire... they didn't touch the ac n said I need 4 new tires...no leaks. Thanks for not trying... I got a spare, so no math either

I recently made a purchase from them , and the process was made easy . Przemyslaw made me feel very comfortable as I navigated my search , and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them !

The entire service team at Mitchell is fantastic. They go above and beyond with their professionalism and workmanship. I highly recommend. Eric was a great guy to work with.

Was able to get a convenient appointment quickly, received a reminder, was able to work remotely from the waiting area, service was done efficiently with an explanation of the work done, staff was courteous and professional, will continue to use Mitchell for auto service in the future.

My jeep was not purchased here, but was towed in for service. I spoke with Tony about my vehicle, he explained everything in detail. Although I had purchased the car from another dealership, they went through it and fixed the problem. Excellent service and Tony was a pleasure to work with. Although I had to come out of pocket for such an easy fix, it it's a shame that this happened after only purchasing this car after 1 month. Thank you for helping me get back on the road.

Wyllys was so kind polite and helpful! It was a great purchase experience! They let me take my time and really test out all the various components of the vehicle including two separate test drives. Also Mark the business manager was a pleasure to work with! Very helpful professional and kind! I would not hesitate to use this dealership again! Thank you! Today is pick up vehicle day, and I’m sure the vehicle will be detailed and prepped!

Fixed a blown fuse in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly. Best surprise - did not say I needed a million other things done.

Brought in my Wrangler for routine service. First time service call after purchasing car there. Staff friendly and helpful. New rep from when I originally booked appt. Wait time was minimal and they always recommend some additional work needed.
