Jesse Robles and Jorge Morales.

I would recommend Lia Honda service. Jesse Robles the service manager did a great job in explaining the nature and cost of my repair on my 2015 CRV. The auto technician Jorge Morales who installed the part is the best of the best when it comes to Honda repair.

Lia Honda in Enfield did an outstanding job helping me

Lia Honda in Enfield did an outstanding job helping me select a great vehicle for me. Mary the sales person took the time to find out what I wanted and worked hard to find the right vehicle with the right price. A great experience

In the past two days, I had an opportunity to visit several Honda dealerships in Chicopee, Hartford, Manchester, West Springfield and finally Lia Honda in Enfield. I wanted to trade in my 2022 Tacoma for a 2023 Honda Ridgeline. Upon walking in Lia Honda Enfield, I was greeted by Troy C. who was very friendly and accommodating (while other dealerships were not). I told him what I was looking for and why and he ran down a list of several options. He didn't try to steer me in one direction or another — just tried to keep me on budget. Shortly after, Aaron B. came out and went over what my ‘22 Tacoma was worth to trade in. For the duration of my visit, both Aaron and Troy showed a special interest in me and were willing to negotiate. Other dealerships verbatim told me “this is our price, take or leave it” and actually offered me $8,000 less for my Tacoma. Aaron, Troy and I were able to make a great deal. Overall, it was a very memorable experience and I look forward to encouraging others to purchase their next vehicle from this location, too.

I had an emergency trip to the dealer due to a hole in

I had an emergency trip to the dealer due to a hole in the side wall of the tire and Jesse Robles was an absolute pleasure to work with. The tire was not in stock, but they were able to get it the same day and my car was ready within 2 hours of dropping it off without an appointment. Thank you, Jesse!
