    Jesse took excellent care of us from start to finish. The service technicians were excellent also. Thank you for such a seamless process as always. Purchased... car a few years ago. Highly recommend Lia Honda for buying and service!!!!

    Pilip Bologna, our sales rep, did a terrific job. He answered all my questions, in terms I could understand, especially when it came to helping me understand... the new safety features and all the tech advances that have been added to the 2017 model, as compared to my 2014. On delivery day, he provided the best overview, and set up of features I have ever had! His invitation to call or come back anytime with questions, was most sincere.

    Jon alaimo took care of my van for a routine oil change and rotation. It was very busy but he took care to acknowledge me and work fast. When I returned... home my engine light came on. Jon actually stopped at my house that night and checked over things himself! Now that is care and kindness and certainly service!

    I got an oil change for my Civic at a great price with a Lia coupon. I also received a new battery at no cost because the current battery was still under... warranty. Although I've been servicing my car at Lia for years, I believe that this is the first time that Greg Palm was my advisor. Thanks, Greg, for all your help.

    My Service Advisor, Jon Alaimo, is truly the cream of the crop. He made my appointment and emailed me a confirmation and a reminder, and even brought my... car right into the service bay himself. He sat down with me, went over the what I was there for, recommended any additional services that may necessary, and when the service was complete, brought me to the cashier, talked to me about what done and any maintenance coming up. I have felt very comfortable from the beginning with the sales and the service departments.
