I was met by Dan Hanson at the Lia Honda of Enfield who was most friendly and knowledgeable able to answer any questions I had. It was a busy time at... the dealership Dan still took the time to teach me how to sync my phone to the car, how to use everything. Also there was absolutely no pressure to buy . He answered all my questions, in terms I could understand, especially when it came to helping me understand... the new safety features and all the tech advances that have been added to the 2017 model, as compared to my 2014. On delivery day, he provided the best overview, and set up of features I have ever had! His invitation to call or come back anytime with questions, was most sincere.

Second time going to low Honda of Enfield. Worked with Troy Conlin the first time around, loved his service. Requested him again for this purchase. Again... no let down. Very good service.
Diana and the service technician completed the maintenance needed while I waited at the dealership. I was kept informed while the work was being completed... and consulted on an additional repair needed. The dealership was clean and the appropriate social distancing and other protocols in place made it a smooth process to get my car service work done. Nice job.

Service mgr, Luis Nieves, was accommodating and made sure I understood all options for service available. Recommendations were made for the age of my car,... a 2008 Honda Civic. Mileage was overstated on work order by 5000 miles. It should have said 143,578 miles. Work was done quickly and having a coupon made the visit less stressful.
