July 17, 2026. Went for appointment for service for a manufacturer’s recall. Was greeted immediately by a very personable representative who took basic information and sent me to see a service rep, Kelly B. She was cordial and business-like, sensitive to my statement that I wasn’t interested in additional services that day, and initiated the repair. I was able to read in the waiting area with little interruption. And I was out of there in just over an hour. Hondas are great cars, very reliable and durable. I was greeted at Hoffman Honda by a very pleasant and professional Simon Karikari. I told Simon that I would like to test drive several different Hondas because I was undecided as which vehicle would suit my needs.
