Oil change
I would have given a 5 star rating for this visit except that I had a 9:30 app't for my oil change but didn't receive my car back until 11:15. I don't know if it was because I had a free oil change and the "paying" customers were serviced first, they scheduled too many people at the same time or my car got lost in the shuffle. All the staff was great but I was disappointed in the delay.

Excellent customer service
I had recently purchased a Honda Civic from sales consultant David Biolo. I found Mr. Biolo to be extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained in detail all of my options and was very patient as I pondered my decision. Mr. Biolo was very organized, which made the paperwork process easier.

These guy's are on their game every time I go in.
They are knowledgeable, helpful, professional and don't hesitate to knock it out of the park when it comes to exceeding your expectations. I recently had a transmission go and they were the best at being communicative, taking the initiative to cover all the bases without me having to do it for them. They know what they're doing and they do it well, PERIOD. Melissa is great to deal with and tell her that every time I'm there. I appreciate good customer service and Hoffman Honda service always takes good care of me.

Did what was expected and did it well. Unknown mechanic/technician did a superb job to remedy my issue where two previous attempts resulted in failure.

Buying new car
Really satisfied with the customer service during my visit. However buying a brand new car without the cargo cover and sold separately is totally ridiculous. Personally it' s like buying any kind of vehicle without tires, seats etc......

Excellent, Honest Advice EVERY visit
I can always trust my service advisors recomendations. Their advice is always honest and helpful. My tires are going to need to be replaced soon and the service team was honest in helping me determine how to get the longest, safe, wear out of my current tires before I buy a new set.
