I recently leased a Lexus RX 350 for the 3rd time and this has been the worst experience 1st my sales guy and I agreed upon a price somehow he developed... forgetfulness on the day I picked up my lease he blamed on the Finance manager mind you I had never spoken to the manager about pricing. 2nd grounding my old lease and picking up my new my lease Hoffman Lexus reassured me I wouldn’t be responsible for any charges Well that was not true. I had made multiply calls to Lexus Financial about a balance and informing them that Hoffman Lexus reassured me they would be taking care of the balance not true. This balance in fact was my responsibility due to wear and tear me and was my responsibility. I reached out to my sales person multiply times he promised he would figure it out and get back to that has not happened. Needless to say that did not happen. I guess he made his commission and moved on. He was not helpful.My concern was this balance went into a negative which caused a late on my credit report. I paid the balance and was trying to get it removed. I made additional phone calls to Lexus Financial requesting a supervisor In the executive leadership team and was informed these individuals can not be reached by phone. I should write a letter. I than reached out to the finance person at Hoffman Lexus asking for assistance in removing this late of my report. During the conversation we discussed an additional insurance I purchased that covers blemishes on lease in which I had on my previous lease.I informed him had I been educated prior to grounding my lease I would had this taken care he was not helpful. Also, during this conversation with the finance person who apparently he had a scheduled meeting I could hear his colleagues were in the background telling him to hang up on me he stated “I would never hang up on customer” I ended the call because he was arrogant and not helpful. I worked so hard to keep my credit score good. I was looking for guidance for the Hoffman Lexus on resolution of my issue no help. I even contacted Lexus financial to send me a letter so I could forward to the credit bureau. I was informed that I had to wait for the account closed. The balance was paid on 10/4 I have spent tireless hours trying to resolve my issue. It is unfortunate that as a consumer there is no one to help. Third lease worse experience.
Always professional. Answer all my questions.. are not pushy . Very helpful and accommodating. Monica is an excellent rep to deal with. Excellent for... adhering to Covid 19 disinfection rules.

I received excellent service. During the regular check up, few issues were identified and I was able to leave my car overnight so the issues can be taken... care of on another day. I got a loaner in the mean time.
The Maintenence service was fast, easy and Monica was great. I requested that the tires be checked because the pressure light was coming on frequently.... I was pleased to learn that the cause was the spare tire. I did not know that the spare tire had a pressure sensor also. I was happy that I did not need to buy tires and I learned something Thank you
Bad service with outrageous price i was told my main screen was bad i went to pick up my vehicle I noticed my screen was not replaced i was told they... only fixed the radio
Bought my car from another dealer that was closed down due to the coronavirus and the only office that was open was in New York City. I called and voiced... my concern to Lexus dealer in E Hartford Ct and they told me to come in, the service started great from the phone and it followed all the way through to the service department where I met Matt and he helped me. Thanks guys
Bought my car from Hoffman and have had it serviced there since. Happy with the buying experience and with service. Easy to make appointments online... and reps are helpful and supportive. My RC 350 is hard to find tires for but Hoffman always has them and at a competitive price. Great service loaners too!
