Third car from Hoffman between the two of us!

We contacted Lexus through the intenet and promptly had a meeting set up with Karan Singh. We met with him and had a test drive of the Lexus GX. He has such a calm and patient personality--he went over all aspects of the car and the great service we would receive from Hoffman. We already bought two Camry's from Hoffman Toyota, so we know about the great service--but to be honest, Hoffman Lexus goes a little bit more above and beyond with their VIP treatment of clients. Anyway, we loved the GX and of course wanted it immediately. Karan was SO nice and patient and knowledgable! He explained that Lexus wasn't producing them quickly enough to keep up with the demand. (We know this for fact, after calling many other New England dealers). We picked up our GX in the middle of a snow storm (they were open) and couldn't be happier with our experience. Karan kept us updated on the arrival of our car and always answered our emails promptly (and there were MANY emails from us!). We would recommend Karan and Hoffman to our best friends and family!

Excellent service. Team works for the customer.

I had an excellent and professional experience at Hoffman Lexus. Ethan Williamson was a fair and honest sales person and was extremely helpful through out the process. Somehow I think he knew which car to bring out for a test drive, because it had me at hello! I went to Hoffman Lexus only to research my options and within 24 hours I was driving home with my new 2014 IS 250. It was that easy. All aspects of the experience were amazing from first walking through the door to the delivery experience. The Finance guys Peter Quagliaroli and Al Ramos were extremely informative and honest. Rebecca H. the delivery specialist was very helpful with all of the fancy Lexus technology. Walter P. the sales manager was great and made it known he was available if anything was needed or if I had questions. My car is only a couple days old, but so far I love her! I am still getting used to the move from an SUV to a car but so far so good since it is AWD. Thank you Micki Freeman for talking me in to coming down to Hoffman Lexus instead of that other dealership, with that other kind of car! Micki, I will see you in 5,000 miles for my first service and Ethan, I will see you in a few years when I am on to the next!

Great service and informative sales team

I just shopped multiple dealerships for a new/used all wheel drive or SUV while trading in my Mercedes 500. Hoffman was very informative and most willing to discuss all vehicles available very openly with no pressure. They gave me the best trade on my Benz first time around as well. I was thrilled with the LS460 AWD and never looked back.

Mr Hammonds's personality, experience, and honesty are just a few reasons why i will recommend this dealership. I was treated fairly and respectfully in a timely manner by both Mr Hammonds and Mr Ramos. They made my experience purchasing a car the best i ever had!

Karan and Al were great. First time for my daughter and myself leasing an automobile. Pressure free, precise and made us feel very special. They treated my daughter with kid gloves. They were a great team

Can't say enough good things about Hoffman Lexus, their sales and office staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I got none of the anxiety rage that is usually associated with a new car purchase. Thanks to Paul and Al...I love my new CT200h!!!

10,000 mile check

Purchased my car in Sept 2013 and just love it! will never drive anything else. Both of my service checks were timely and the customer service above and beyond! I love the new lounge could have stayed all day!
