As a sales person Joe is the best. As a person even better

Joe was knowledgeable about the car and never in a hurry to pressure me into buying it. He treated me like a friend which I truly appreciated. The Sales Manager was also friendly and explained everything that I had to sign. Other staff members were also pleasant.

Good Experience

This was the first time that we purchased a car from Harte Infiniti and I highly recommend them. Our salesman, Joe Finelli was a pleasure to do business with. He was responsive and gave us time alone to discuss the purchase. There was no pressure. We closed the deal 2 days later and the business manager was also very nice to work with. He offered us several warranty packages with no pressure to buy any of them. The decision was completely up to us. I would highly recommend Harte Infiniti and the staff.

Happy campers

We had a great experience with Joe Finelli. He has a very nice easy going nature about him. He has a great sense of humor and every request we had or out of the ordinary request he accommodated with out any difficulties. He especially made it possible for my husband to have the car that he wanted the most. We are very happy with our Infiniti Q50 and my husband loves driving it to work everyday.

In just a few words, above my expectations

was a first time car buyer and was very nervous. I worked with Joe Finelli who was great but the entire Harte team was very patient, understanding, and accommodating. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I had a concern with the tire on the car I was about to purchase, voiced my concern, and they told me they would replace all 4 tires free of charge. I took it in a week later and the problem was solved. I am looking forward to working with these guys for the foreseeable future

Solid Customer Service

It was my first time visiting this location. I thought everyone there was very helpful and super friendly. Ryan was the one who took care of me. Ryan is fantastic ! Although we encountered a few " speed bumps " in the process he remained patient and understanding of my situation. No Rush. I love my car and the service I received. I would highly recommend Ryan, he is simply the best !

Excellent customer service

From the minute I walked onto the car lot the service that was provided to me by Anthony was phenomenal. Anthony did not make me feel pressured in purchasing my car, instead he provided me with the information that I needed to made my decision. I have no regrets nor any second thoughts because it was my decision and I am very excited driving my car. I recommend that if you are in the market for buying a car check out Harte Infiniti in Hartford and make sure you ask for Anthony Smith, you will no regret driving away in your car.

Great service and thorough salesmanship!

harte made me feel at home and comfortable. Not only was I assisted by a salesman but the dealer manager as well. I was definitely pleased with the service and my q50!
