I always have my vehicle serviced here and have always been satisfied. The staff is pleasant to work with and prices seem fair. The shuttle service was conveinent to hop a ride to work. I hope Uber is just as good.

I am familiar with the location in Meriden but de used to give this location a try and I have no regrets...My entire experience was great, Glen was very professional, friendly, upbeat, a people person, great attitude and was helpful from the beginning and saw it through the end. Josh who is apart of Management was a great guy as well. We had a great experience with him too, very professional I recommend the location and the salesman Glen..if you are looking to buy a used car you should try this location and ask for Glen. I have been to many different Nissan dealerships throughout CT. and was quite pleased with Mr. Lanza's approach to leasing me another vehicle. There was no high pressure sales from him. He just listened to what I was interested in and did an outstanding professional job it getting me into a Sentra at a lease price I could afford. I just got a new Rogue and a new Sentra (which my daughter will be driving) and went to Justin Chandler, as I did for four previous vehicles (two Versas and a two Sentras). Justin and the dealership as a whole made the process as painless and enjoyable, in fact, as could be. Having been treated very poorly by a nearby Nissan dealership in Shelton, George Harte is more of a drive for me, but has been worth every penny. I use the service department and the mechanics and service representatives are absolutely top-notch. I look forward to seeing Justin Alexander, Dave Fagnani and the other great folks when I go in for oil changes and other servicing pretty regularly. When I am in for servicing, Justin and Mike Mercier always take the time to check in with me and see how everything is going - making sure I am still happy with my car. Just a great dealership and people that I highly recommend.
