I brought a 2017 BMW X6 from new country bmw I went in the next day to the service department because I noticed that the car needed a little touch up on the Paint So I scheduled a appointment and brought the car in They call me the next day to pick up the car I was not happy with the job that was done on the car .I Will not take my car back there for any kind of service.

Bought the maintenance program and brought my car in...
Bought the maintenance program and brought my car in prior to expiration and everything was great. I especially asked them to do a brake inspection and they told me I had a lot of miles left on both front and back brakes. 4500 miles later I had to replace both front and back brakes plus all 4 rotors. Their inspection of the brakes were done so that they did not see anything. A very shady move. Don’t expect any service after you purchase the vehicle. The head of the dealership Tim Parker does not return any emails. Stay away

Recently bought a car from this dealership the customer service and response was great, but when it comes to the decision making the service department makes on replacing items on there used car isn’t up to par. When you are selling a customer a M car and the brakes are close to being out of spec don’t be so cheap and not change them and have the customer deal with that 2 months down the road. Wasn’t expecting that from a dealership like this.

Sold me a damaged BMW then tried to make me pay for it. BMW with less than 20k on it. We drove it for 3 weeks and brought it in for service. It didn't handle well. Service said that we damaged it which was not true. They ended up repairing it but it still doesn't handle well. It's a shame because it's the first dealership where I felt like I could trust them and they valued me.
12v and tire replacement
Very clean facility. Service center was prompt and understood the repairs necessary and provided suggested additional repairs based on technician's review of electric vehicle. Although the cost to repair seemed a little high, the peace of mind achieved through these repairs makes the expense worth it. Personnel were courteous and professional.

Car shopping made easy! Marco Marinelli didn't sell me a car...he just made it so easy to buy one from him. He was always very responsive to emails, calls and texts. He was knowledgable about the brand as well as having knowledge of his competitors (brands and dealerships) without being disrespectful. Speaking of competitors, I reached out to a total of 4 BMW dealers and 2 additional luxury brand dealers, and Marco was far and away the most professional and helpful person I dealt with. His recommendations were spot on, and he took his time to educate us on the vehicle, the brand and the dealership. I would highly recommend Marco to family and friends as I know he would take good care of them. Paulo Dias was very helpful in helping us learn about our specific vehicle. He took his time and answered our questions without getting frustrated at our lack of technical expertise. Thanks for the help, Paulo!
