Wanted to thank everyone for their help. I bought this car out of state and the navigation system was not working properly. They worked with the dealer I bought the car from. Everything was taken care of quickly and without a hitch.

Bought my Outback 2010 and had service done at Secor NL

Bought my Outback 2010 and had service done at Secor NL since. I have always been pleased with service and the employees. If I had a question or concern it was always addressed in a timely fashion. I would definitely buy again. I do love my outback. Maybe next time I would like to try a crosstalk of forester. Thank you !

Absolutely outstanding!

Absolutely outstanding!! Listened and showed me all options. I knew what I wanted and literally drove off in my new Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness 2025 in a couple days. My sales rep Wayne was above and beyond outstanding. He even came and picked me up for delivery of my new car and went over everything in detail and answered all my questions!!! Very happy with this dealership. When i picked up the car finance office was so efficient friendly and quickly got me in and out of there . 💯. I’m amazed at how well this dealership flows together. 👍

Secor Subaru in New London, CT is extraordinary.

Secor Subaru in New London, CT is extraordinary. My 2024 Crosstrek had a flat on my trip to New London, and Subaru Roadside Assistance towed my car in to Secor Subaru. Service Mgr Shawn brought a replacement tire in from a distributor 50 miles away and Service Exec Kyle got me back on the road in hours. They even took care of my annual service inspection while I was waiting. They set an outstanding standard for service. Thank you, Shawn and Kyle.
