Worse experience of my life!

Worse experience of my life! Sold me a car that should have been in scrap yard! Took almost 2 months to get registration,by that time my 60 day warranty was almost up,needed a RI inspection,which did not pass! I know they never even looked at the car before they sold it to me!The transmission started acting up but they wouldn’t look at it because they said they didn’t have the diagnostic machine needed and it was my responsibility to get it to Attleboro Massachusetts,so I had it towed 50 miles.After 2 weeks they told me it looked like it needed a transmission,2 days later after Girard Nissan contacted them,I was told the transmission was ok just needed a battery. So it went from needing a transmission to needing a battery in 2 days after Girard Nissan got their nose into it,it magically turned into just needing a battery,I also had purchased an extended warranty with CareGuard through Girard Nissan! What’s the point in having it if you can’t get it fixed? Biggest rip off dealer out there! Very rude and unprofessional! I dealt with CJ,George and Jose,will never go back there and will never recommend that place to anyone! What a huge mistake! The finance guy too,said he knew the guy that had the car we bought and how there was nothing wrong with the car,he took excellent care of it! Yeah,okay! That’s why they couldn’t wait to sell it to us but once we bought it they didn’t want to hear from us!

I bought a new Nissan Sentra in July of 2022 from Girard

I bought a new Nissan Sentra in July of 2022 from Girard Nissan. So far the service department has been very good to me. They are knowledgeable and very personable. I enjoy taking my car there for service.

Overall, my experience with Girard Nissan was brief.

Overall, my experience with Girard Nissan was brief. I found a Rogue I was interested in, then inquired about it and was delighted by the salesperson and their enthusiasm and personability. However, I didn't spend too much time thinking about making a purchase there due to a misunderstanding. Possibly, their approach to financing should be updated. Possibly, I would be driving a Nissan Rogue.

Overall, my experience with Girard Nissan was brief.

Worst Customer experience

Worst car service!!! They will charge you for the same product twice if you’re not careful. My personal experience- they charged me $180 twice within a year (where i already paid for that product with lifetime warranty for $900)

Worst customer service - terrible body shop

I trusted Girard Nissan to fix my 2015 Ford Fusion because they are USAA approved body shop. The customer service is terrible. The office manager does not return phone calls. He delayed the job multiple times and lied about the status, saying sever times the vehicle was in paint, but in reality, they hadn't even receive the parts to conduct the repair yet. Finally, they didn't even paint the parts correctly, painting a part of the driver door handle green, when it should have been chrome. We attempted to get it corrected, but the office will not return calls or schedule an appointment to fix the problem. I will never use Girard Nissan again. Oddly, I have used Girard Ford (owned by the same company) in Norwich, and I have no complaints. It is a much better run and customer service oriented facility.
