They cheated me out of 1700 I paid towards my trade in

They cheated me out of 1700 I paid towards my trade in that had not posted. They told me I would be credited the difference since it had not posted. Then they just paid 1700 less for my trade in and kept the difference.. I can’t stand liars!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Brustolon with the initial help of Chris Stevens (Sales and Leasing Consultant) and then Jose Cancel (Sales and Leasing Consultant). My experience was great! These gentlemen were very helpful in advocating for their customer and very knowledgeable from start to finish of my purchase. I certainly recommend that if you're in the market for a new purchase you go see either of them.

Pricing changes after agreement made

Good selection, large quantity of cars for your needs. Went in to check out a car and was instantly pressured to buying the car immediately. I notified them that I was ready to look at the car and they raised the price before my visit, then after getting a verbal agreement they raised the price again after I left. Shady and poor business practice, very disappointed in their process and business model.
