Treble!

Treble! Made 2 appmtns; oil change 4 tundra n AC no working (do 3 hrs diagnostic). 1st time here. As soon as you walk in people seem to be in a bad mood. Anyways, I got my oil change done, drive 20 minutes n there's smoke everywhere coming from my 2017 tundra. I called them n took my truck back. I got to the dealership and it was much worse. APPARENTLY charles toyota incompetent mechanics don't know how to do a basic oil change. The incompetent mechanic spilled oil all over the engine and never bothered to clean it. The lady (looked like the manager( took care of everything, made sure everything was right(like make sure the incompetent mechanic put oil in the engine and everything was done right). I got refund but I completely canceled my appointment with the highlander with the AC issue.... NO FING WAY! They can't do a simple oil change, never mind something as complicated n costly as the AC environment. NEVER AGAIN! The first time I went n I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN. That mechanic just of been fired... TERRIBLE CHARLES TOYOTA! JUST TERRIBLE!!!

POOR Service

Service department is something to be desired...Hum... Not quite sure how this works. Something has been drawing the battery from the time I purchased the truck in 2017 from Charles Toyota. Went through several batteries, and several deployments. Now that the truck is out of warranty, they finally found the frayed wire from the starter that they installed at my experience of over 400 bucks. Maybe the starter will work???? Maybe they finally found out what is drawing the battery, I hope so. Truck has less than 12000 miles on it because I am afraid of being stuck somewhere with a dead battery. Time to trade it in while it is able to start.

2022 TUNDRA 1794, CHARLES TOYOTA ROCKS

BRIAN CHURCH JUST SOLD ME A 2022 TUNDRA 1794, IT WAS A LONG 8 WEEKS WAITING FOR DELIVERY. FANTASTIC TRUCK, VERY HIGH TECH. PERFECT. IF IT WASN'T FOR BRIAN'S KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUCK AND FEATURES I MAY HAVE BOUGHT A LESSER TRUCK. THEY OFFERED A FAIR TRADE-IN ON THE 2020 HIGHLANDER I PURCHASED IN 2021. CHARLES TOYOTA HAD ORDERED THE RIGHT CONFIGURATION OF COLORS AND OPTIONS. BRAIN WAS A GREAT SALESMAN, HE ALSO ASSISTED IN SETTING IT UP. GREAT PLACE TO BUY A CAR OR TRUCK.

1st Time Customer

Just brought the wife's car in for a LOF service. Topped off all fluids and my appointment time was met, which is a rarity at most shops. Couldn't be happier and 5 Star to the Service Dept....See you in 5000.

Absolutely delighted and impressed.

Rude, don’t keep promise.

Oder new car, said will be delivery 3 months. Did not keep promise, and don’t refund deposits, until send the case the court. Attitude is very rude, not recommend to any friends.

I Stopped in for a oil change and while in the dealership I spoke to Anthony Dougherty. He was knowledgeable and kind and made my shopping easy. I felt like the dealership truly cares about the customers needs . THANK YOU.!!!

Misled

I called about a vehicle I saw online. Asked if there were any chips, dents or scratches. I was told none of the above. I drove an hour to see the car and there were 2 dents, multiple chips and scratches and the car had been keyed on both sides. when I asked if I was to purchase the car would they fix everything they said yes, but basically they did not tell the truth in the first place. The salesman was nice but basically lied to on the phone. FYI the salesman was not the same person I talked to on the phone.
