Walked into the dealership Alex greeted me asked me what I was looking for I told him that you guys had 2 available 2.0 turbo left he showed them to me I picked 1 out took it for a test drive. I seen the internet price with all the rebates etc. I was able to get most but not all the rebates and my trade in of my cts that I've had for many years. Went back did some figures etc and finally came to terms with an ideal payment took about 4 hrs and done. Overall excellent job

Dealership was always willing to work with my schedule and accommodate my requests. They were available every step of the way, and even stayed open late for me! Every time I said I'd come by, Dave was always able to make sure the focus ST was out and ready. They ended up selling me a solid vehicle at a reasonable price, so I'd say it was definitely a positive experience.
