Both Matt and Cletus made our buying experience of our 2017 Mazda CX-5 extremely pleasant and seamless. Matt took the time to explain the options in the car and setup our XM radio as well as our cell phones. Much different than the experience with another dealer when we purchased our first CX-5.

I was not pressured in any way or "attacked" when I entered the dealership. When I was ready to discuss buying a vehicle Judi was informative and not condescending. She worked with her manager and finance to make my vehicle purchase meet my budget. She was very informative on 99 percent of my questions and if she didn't know admitted it and sought out the answer. A couple of questions were not answered correctly andy insistence proved that out though. Overall excellent dealership excellent salesperson. I have bought 2 Hyundais there before and the same courtesy I got there was extended to me at the Ford department

Did not like being pressured into buying GAP insurance. This is not the first car I have purchased from Central Hyundai and I do not like the finance person pressuring us into GAP insurance. Our salesman was very good - Finance person never my favorite

When we decided to go to central auto group Hyundai we were going just to look around, not expecting to buy a car that day. A couple hours prior to going there i spoke with Kim over the phone, She set everything up for when we got there. When we got there we were introduced to Don. He was great we told him what we were looking for, he didn't try to pressure us into something we didn't want or could afford. After a test drive and a couple hours he came to us with a deal we couldn't refuse (with our bad credit). Needless to say we had a good experience at central Hyundai A+ customer service. I just wish we were able to get the limited edition Elantra rather than the Value edition.

The finance department got me a great deal and the salesman Rick got me the exact car I wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
