Easy to Deal With

Very simple process with Central Ford. I had been looking for a truck for a couple of weeks, so I had talked to several dealerships. I felt that Central was very straightforward to deal with.

Great for first car buying experience!!

This was my first time buying a car. Jimmy and Laura were so amazing! I bought a new 2014 Ford Focus and I did not feel like they were being vultures to try to jack the price up on me. I felt comfortable taking a test drive without them trying to sell me the car while I was in there. Overall, I am very pleased with how everything happened! I will ALWAYS come back here! I suggest if you want a Ford car to go to them!

Great dealership!

Overall, my experience through Central Hyundai was amazing! There is a great sales department there to help your through the entire process of buying or leasing a new vehicle. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership for any leasing or buying needs of yours!

lies lies lies. will tell you anything to get in the door. ira the sales manager is very rude and out right lied to me. beware of this dealer. I bought my new Hyundai from gary rome and love it they were awesome.

When nobody else would finance me, Central Ford did! I applied online and received a prompt response from Jimmy. He started all my paperwork and introduced me to Laura, who ultimately sold me my vehicle. She made my car buying experience stress free, and I left with exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend visiting Laura at Central Ford!

Bought my VW Passat

I can't say enough regarding the treatment i received while shopping for a new car. I was totally upside down on my previous purchase with a 2010 vehicle with high mileage and less than perfect vehicle interior and exterior, to say the least. I ended up buying a 2013 VW Passat and i absolutely LOVE IT! The guys worked with my trade in value, my budget and no question or concern was too small. If you are contemplating buying a new vehicle, i highly recommend trying Central Auto Group. These guys just want to sell you a car. They were truly accommodating! Dianne E. - Putnam, CT

Good Time

Joe was understanding of our situation, and worked with my mom to get the car she wanted at the price she wanted. He was very outgoing, friendly and considerate. The first car we had wasn't exactly what she wanted, so we bought it back, and Joe worked hard to get the car of my mothers dreams.

Awesome Experience(s)!

We have purchased not one, but 5 Hyundai's from Central Hyundai! Each time they are most accommodating, and willing to work with us and our budget! We continue to refer others there and we currently have 4 Hyundai's in our driveway! Two of our children now have purchased new vehicles of their own. We cannot say enough about how easy and satisfying our experiences have been there. The service department is also friendly and helpful when we go for our oil changes. There is not one person there, who we have met and dealt with, who has not made us comfortable with the car buying experience. We all know that it can be quite stressful. We always leave happy and plan to continue to return whenever we are ready for a new vehicle. We highly recommend them to everyone!

Easy car buying experience

Original contact was made online. Jimmy called me a few minutes later and we did some dealing before I was turned over to Joe. Joe was very pleasant and knowledgeable and was willing to put quotes in writing. I was working with another dealership---the one I bought my last car from, but they could not beat Central's last quote. I got a great deal without leaving the house. When I went to Central for the test drive, I was given the royal treatment. All questions were answered straight forward and at no time did I feel they were trying to pull switches with me or add unnecessary costs. Joe was very accommodating and fun to work with. He made the buying process very easy---even call my insurance company to switch cars and arranged for the rental agency to pick up the car there instead of where I rented it. Central is the place to buy a car, if you want to be treated with respect and honesty. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.

fantastic!

I bought a 2014 Mazda 3 from central and the salesman was so helpful, and the sales manager for Mazda was extremely helpful. ran into a problem with my previous car loan, and the Mazda sales manager went above and beyond to make sure things got taken care of the proper way. thanks guys!
