best service i ever had in buying a vehicle. I bought my car from Central a yera ago and i love it. i am planning to purchase another vehicle soon and will be back to Central to buy it. thanks again sorry it took me so long to write a review but better late than never.

Jonathon at Central auto helped make buying my new car an enjoyable and happy experience. I have never felt so at ease while purchasing a new car! Central really takes the worry out of buying a new car and I would recommend both the dealership and Jonathon to anyone wanting or needing to purchase a car!

Joe LaMonica was the best saleman ! I truly felt he was working for me to get the best deal . This was my 9th car I bought off Joe and my 3rd off Central ..

I went there to purchase a car and spoke to them on the phone before hand. Everything totally changed when I arrived, and they wouldn't honor the nationally advertised credit offer from VW.com. Complete waste of my time. Edited...dealer has made right.

Ed Joiner, salesman who cares and took excellent care of my needs and concerns. I am very pleased with my new car. I told Ed what I wanted and he was able to find the car that I wanted. I purchased a new Mazda CX-5 from Centra Auto Group and had a very positive experience with them. The sales person was kind enough to let me test drive two trims of this vehicle and answered all my questions. The dealership also processed the paperwork and my old vehicle trade-in very quickly. The whole transaction took less than one week. Every one at the dealership was nice and helpful.

Long story short, despite some initial disappointment in the value they gave my trade-in, I still purchased a 2014 Hyundai Tucson. My salesman was Joe, and I can honestly say he truly has a special gift for sales. My decision to purchase did not come easy, but Joe was very patient and did not push or pressure me towards a decision. He was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I can easily rate this dealership with 5 stars. Oh, and by the way, it is my second Tucson and I love this one even more than my first one.

I went to Central Hyundai because I was referred by a family member, boy am I glad I did. I went to another dealership in RI and was not impressed. The staff at Central was extremely helpful and very nice. Leasing my new Sonata Turbo was a breeze. I have bought my car back for oil changes and the service was excellent. I have told other family members and friends to buy a car here. Rick was very nice and honest. He helped me get the best deal going...Thank you Rick!!
