Last week I purchased a 2015 pre-owned Audi 4 for my wife at Audi of Fairfield. Michael Belanger (our salesman) was terrific in all ways and I look forward to working with him on a new Audi later this year when my lease for my A6 comes due.

Excellent experience from Audi of Fairfield with purchase of a certified A6. Our schedule was very busy around the time of purchase and Gissella Pellettiere and team seamlessly coordinated our delivery on a very heavy snow day. It would have been perfectly reasonable for them to cancel but they made themselves avalable. Gissella was also very thoughtful in her explanation of the plusses and minuses of the various cars they had available over a period of a couple of weeks by both phone and email. It felt like she was truly working with us.

Extremely happy with Dave Nachman and the effort he gave me. Dave is a credit to Audi and a total professional, as well as being an all around great guy. All phases of dealership transaction were done efficiently with pick up and delivery of my beautiful new Audi A4. I recommend Dave and this dealership highly and they exceeded my expectations. In my first post I already rated the Audi dealer in Fairfield, so this time it's just about the salesman. I had to return to the dealer the day after my purchase to drop off a second fob for the car I traded in. Before getting there, I found a couple things about my new 2015 A4 that I just couldn't figure out. Second time at the dealer, my Audi Brand Specialist, Mike Belanger, was great (again!). He had the knowledge of the car to be able to show me what I was doing (or not doing) and how to get it right. And he did it in just a few minutes. Was very courteous when I asked, had the knowledge to show me what I wasn't doing correctly and very professional throughout the second visit. And, didn't ever lend the attitude that was bothering him. I was done and gone in about 10 minutes from the dealership. I know it doesn't happen like this for every problem with a car, but for my circumstances, I couldn't have asked for more!

Outstanding car buying experience! Starting with the Audi Fairfield Service Department, they handled my car problem with the highest degree of professionalism! But, being in CT on business, I decided to go with a newer Audi A4, and had Mike Belanger as a salesman. It was the Best car decision I've made in a while. I bought a 2015 A4 and Love the car! The entire sales process was great and Mike made it that way! I've already recommended Mike to several friends and coworkers who have talked about buying an Audi or who already have one, but want to upgrade. As a salesman, Mike (and the whole process of buying, trade in & paperwork) was the best I've experienced so far. And I've had several cars over my life time! When it comes time for another Audi, I'll be looking back at Fairfield Audi! Great group of people working there!

Just bought my second Audi A5 Cabriolet from Audi of Fairfield. The salesman Mark Vizvary was wonderful. Got the A5 in July 2015 which was rear ended while stopped on highway traffic new years eve. The car did a wonderful job of protecting my wife who walked away form an impact which ultimately did $50,000 of damage and totaled the car. The day the car was declared totaled I called Mark Vizvary to have him look for a replacemnt (White A5 Cab with tan leather - the last one took 2 weeks to find). We signed that papers the next day and picked it up 2 days later. Not only was the entire process incredibly smooth and easy, Mark helped us negotiate and get the 2016 for the same payment as the 2105. My experience with the original car with the service department was like-wise very smooth and easy. There are many reasons why we choose the cars we do but it is a great ride, fun car and safe. Thank you Mark, you made me a convert!

I hate a great car buying experience when I purchased my new A3 in October with the help of Chris and team. In December I took my car to have them take a look at a few scuff marks. Within 10 minutes Chris and team had my car looking shiny and brand new all over again.
