Watch for bait and switch

Don’t believe the prices online. They will tell you there are mistakes on the website and then bait and switch you to a different car.

I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SALES AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT!!! SARA IN FINANCE TALKED ME INTO A MAINTANANCE CONTRACT FOR OIL CHANGES BECAUSE I EXPLAINED THAT I COULD NOT LEASE THE VEHICLE I WAS GETTING DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF MILES I DRIVE, SO I BOUGHT THE CONTRACT ONLY TO GO FOR MY FIRST OIL CHANGE AND BE TOLD THAT I AM ONLY ALLOWED 2 OIL CHANGES PER YEAR OR A TOTAL OF 12 OIL CHANGES IN THE 6 YEAR PERIOD, WHY THE HECK WOULD I AGREE TO THAT WHEN I PUT ABOUT 2,000-2500 MILES PER MONTH ON MY CAR!!!! WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT AND GET MY $1615.46 BACK SHE STOPPED RESPONDING, WOULDN'T TAKE MY CALLS AND THEN TRIED TO PRORATE SOMETHING I NEVER USED! WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD PAY $134.63 FOR A FRIGGIN OIL CHANGE???? I ALSO TRIED TO HAVE THE SALES GUY ERIC HELP ME, HE MADE PROMISES THAT NEVER HAPPENED, SO IN TURN I HAVE TO DISPUTE IT ALL WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE DON'T OWN UP TO THEIR ERRORS. I WOULD NEVER SIGN AN AGREEMENT CAPPING OIL CHANGES AT 12 FOR A 6 YEAR PERIOD WITH THE AMOUNT OF MILES I DRIVE!!!!! Terrible!

Terrible! Do not expect help from these guys if you want to purchase your vehicle at the end of your lease. First of all, they refused to return my phone calls and discuss the transaction over the phone, Despite me leaving multiple messages for finance, sales, and management. Then when I finally went into the dealership, they sat me down like a new sales prospect, wasted my time, wanted to charge me $000s extra just to handle my transaction. They won’t tell you this, but you can send a check directly to Nissan finance and they will send your title and bill of sale directly back to you. You don’t need the dealer, especially when the dealer is as difficult to work with as these guys!

Great experience

My experience was a great one, this location has great customer service all the staff were very friendly, J Carlos Rabassa very professional tells you like it is no frills knows what he is talking about he rocks. Sales manager Evahna you were awesome thanks to everyone for a great experience.

Very disappointed

Service Department is very unfair with diagnostic charge. They tried to charge 160.00 to listen and diagnose a loud muffler. I tried to settle with the Service MAnager Gino Giamminonni and the best he could do was reduce the Diagnostic charge by 50% whic is still unfair

If I could give this dealership a 0 I would. They bamboozled us and snuck in an extra $10,000 worth of charges and the $10,000 down payment I gave them was cashed and never applied to the car. You should be very weary of these crooks.

I hope to have an answer for this incident.

Yesterday I came to the Middletown Nissan Diller to change vering. My Doors were OK and when I got the car back the driver door was damaged out of alignment I talked with chris service manager and denied it. Stated that the door was damaged ollready. Today I spoke to Gino Giamminoni about the door and he stated that the door was damaged when came in the Diller without checking the Camara i asked to check the Camara and he denied and refused to verify it before calling me lier please check the Camara and confirm that I'm not lying.
