REPEAT BUYER

I HAVE PURCHASED MY LAST 7 CARS FROM WINDY CITY MOTORS FOR MY HUSBAND , MY 2 SONS AND MYSELF AND HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED. THEY WERE ALWAYS HELPFUL AND UNDERSTOOD MY BUDGET WITH THE KIDS CARS. I GO BACK FOR MY REGULAR MAINTENANCE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS GREAT !!! THEY ALWAYS WASH MY CARS AND HAVE OIL AND FILTER CHANGES FOR 19.95 CAN'T BEAT THAT. THANK YOU JIMMY AND THE WINDY CITY MOTORS TEAM. YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE :)

Bad experience!

Just purchased a vehicle from them and I am not happy at all. The car needs to be fixed, many things are not working. It's going to cost me couple more thousand to fix the car they said it was good. O2 sensors, spark plugs, coils, control arms, all 4 tires different...some of the issues. Buying process was a drag, but there are some people willing to help there. I would not go back nor recommend them.

yea buddy....

Just picked up my 2006 commander last night and am so happy with it. I had been looking a long time and came upon an ad online for a car available at WINDY CITY MOTORS. I was contacted immediately after sending the online inquiry by Alex. Alex was a pleasure to work with, in fact, my whole experience with everyone there was a positive one. Alex made sure everything was done - the car was cleaned and absolutely beautiful when I picked it up. After driving a minivan for 17 years, it's obviously a huge 'freeing' moment to graduate to a REAL car!!

Exactly What I Wanted

I have been shopping for a sports car for months and came across a 2006 Viper they had with low miles, they got me financed with a good rate and I am extremely happy I was patient and waited for this car and bought it from very pleasant people.

Bad buisness

Made a deal over the phone. salesman said vehicle was ready. Drove over an hour to buy the car and found that there were several major problems with the car. It looked like it was in an accident and was not finished being put back together. When I mentioned the problems to the general manager she said, " you get what you pay for." I left without buying a car. Do not go here unless you want a car pieced back together.

FIRST TIME BUYER

I WAS A FIRST TIME BUYER AND ONLY AND HAVE CASH JOB AND ALL DEALERS ON CICERO WERE SAYING I NEEDED A COSIGNER OR $5,000 CASH DOWN PAYMENT. I WALKED INTO WINDY CITY MOTORS AND MET SALESPERSON CARLOS AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. THEY HAVE FULL SERVICE DEPARTMENT THERE WHICH MADE BUYING A USED CAR BETTER FOR ME. CARLOS HAS A LIFETIME CUSTOMER

NISSAN LOVER

Great experience !!!

Sales person Humberto was very helpful , I didn't have good credit, he told me not to worry only had a $1000 down and walk out with a 2009 Toyota Camry, I was please with price and the service , I would recommend any one having credit problem to go there .

HELPED ME GET INTO A CAR WHEN NO ONE ELSE WOULD!!!

First of all I had some tough times in the past and had a repo. I'm not a bad person, I just lost my job in the crash of 09 and I couldn't afford my car payment anymore. I voluntarily gave my car back after paying on time for 18 months. Little did I know that it shows up as a repo on their. What crap that is. In the last couple years I have gotten my life back together, but my credit had never recovered. Anywhere I went they told me I needed a cosigner. I was lucky enough that my friend had similar problems, but found a dealership that works with bad credit. So he recommended me, I guess they have a referral program. That wasn't important to me I was more interested in getting financed. They were very understanding with my situation and helped me get into a car that day. I called and set up an appointment with Jimmy. He was very straight forward and honest didnt seem like a car salesman. Found out later he was their internet guy, so that made sense. When I came in they helped me a lot. Now I am in a 2006 NIssan Maxima without a co-signer. Would defiantly recommend them.
