If you love Acuras as much as I do, Acura by Executive in North Haven is the place to go. This dealership is friendly, professional and knowledgable especially... a very sweet saleswoman Bana. The customer service goes above and beyond to keep customers happy. I would recommend Bana to everyone. The day I picked up my TLX it had rained earlier. Even though it was perfectly clean everyone knows what dried raindrops look like on a black car. Bana sent it back to have it rewashed, while Danielle gave me a manicure to fill the time. I purchased a used 2006 Subaru Outback from Acura By Executive and received the exact same level of curtesy and respect as if I was purchasing a brand... new Acura. Despite the vehicle's age (and with favorable low mileage) they cleaned and prepared it to showroom quality. During the purchasing process they handled all of the finance paperwork and included Gap insurance and a three year warranty with free roadside assistance! They walked me through all of the paperwork to sign and explained each document thoroughly along the way even after the dealership had closed for the night. State vehicle registration was handled on site even with my transfer tags. They made sure I walked out with keys in hand and no temp tags! I highly recommend Acura By Executive for both new and used vehicles!

You do not have to have a new car with this dealership to get top quality service not only for your car but for you also! I have been a customer since... 1994, my first car was an Integra, and in 1999 I became a proud owner of my TL. Yes! 1999....I have a little old lady and she is going strong! Because of the service departments (both in front and in the back) attention to detail and quality work, I will probably be driving my little old lady for years to come. They are a pleasure to deal with!
We have found the best dealership and couldn't be happier after dealing with Joann from Acura. She is pleasant, knowedgable and cares that the customer... is happy. She was able to get us into the right used veichele at a great price with low financing. She makes herself available for questions and concerns. We were referred by a friend and we definitely will recommend her to family and friends!

After my wife's beloved 2013 Volt was totalled by a mail truck, were searched for an exact replacement. Obviously Volts aren't common and certainly not... standard for Acura by Executive but they had one. We found them using Cars.com and it was two years newer with less than a third of the mileage of it's predecessor. At first they were dubious we we called saying we wanted to fly in to pick it up and drive it back to the DC area but they quickly realized we were serious. They sent a driver the 40 miles to the airport to meet our flight and sent us home with a great car at a bargain price and with a full tank of gas! Great people to work with!

I did not buy from Executive only because they do not have the vehicle I was looking for. They keep in touch every so often to make sure there's anything... they can help me with regardless of the fact. They sound friendly over the phone. Speaking of the phone, they responded to an inquiry swiftly.
