My customer service experience was excellent.

My customer service experience was excellent. The service dept., beginning with Michael, was very professional, educational and transparent. I received a video of the suggested service needs of my vehicle, and the mechanic was very detailed, clear spoken, and he spoke in plain language that I could understand. I could visually see the need for service to the suggested parts of my car. The service members were friendly, and made me feel safe in my decision to trust their judgement and skills in repairing my car.
