Kathy at the Executive Jeep service center was great. She explained the services to be done and arranged for me to be shuttled to work. She called me to discuss the video taken by the technician and explained my options on repairs. She was professional and courteous. My service was completed on time as promised and I appreciate the care she took to make my experience a positive one.
