Great experience buying my Highlander.

Great experience buying my Highlander. Loved the staff. However, getting your free oil change is a nightmare. Every time I brought my car in they told me it’s only due for tire rotation. Meanwhile my Toyota app, car maintenance light and the sticker all say oil change. I drive 45 min each way. Such a waste. Not to mention it’s an hr wait for tire rotation

James Bell has been more than helpful!

James Bell has been more than helpful!!! He is patient and understanding with my technical difficulties! He answers any questions, in person or by phone. He gets top rating from us! Naj is also very knowledgeable and helpful with the financial piece of car buying! Rest of staff we met were all friendly and professional!! Nice experience

Overall pleased with the work but i don't believe its

Overall pleased with the work but i don't believe its cost effective to have everything done at a dealership. I had the pcv valve replaced, a less than $20 part that cost approx $340 is a bit excessive.

Your business is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. You let me know all the things that need to be done in the future. Your waiting area is comfortable, and your technicians do not do anything that would be a surprise cost to me.
