Greta propale very nice. The y have a lot of patience; they always give you a good advice. Other thing I like they work together you have to waste too much time.

Service is always very good and the staff attentive. Vehicle was throughly cleaned inside and ready for pickup immediately after notified!

This dealership is incompetent.
This dealership is incompetent. I made an appointment to see a used car yesterday and drove 50 miles to the business only to hear the car was sold even before I made my appointment. That is bad enough but what is worse is they followed up this afternoon to make sure I was coming. When I arrived the manager(Edgar) whom I was speaking to had the nerve to take a phone call in the middle of our discussion. They were totally unapologetic and blamed their customer service. Don’t even think of going to this business if your time is as valuable and limited as mine. Edgar was extremely rude from the beginning. I reported this issue to doug..no returned calls or emails. This place is AWFUL.

I tried reaching out on numerous occasions to you folks before putting this review up. Now that ive done so, you want to comment. It really shows what kind of people you are. I hope no one else has to experience what i went through with you guys. I ended up purchasing through charles toyota who treated me with nothing but the upmost respect. It’s unfortunate that your company has people like you and edgar working for them.
