Westbrook Service evaluated my charging system and

Westbrook Service evaluated my charging system and identified the problem to be a weak battery unable to hold a charge. Accordingly, since it was a Toyota Battery it was replaced under warranty.

Westbrook Toyota is the best place in the area to buy your new car. The ease and transparency of the process as well as the knowledge and professionalism of the entire staff made my experience a very positive one. I have been buying cars here since 2010 and highly recommend this facility!

Professionalism and kindness of the service associate, provision of a loaner when we unexpectedly needed a lot of repairs, speed of service, great communication, and care of our vehicle (I greatly appreciated that they washed it thoroughly with great care).
