I came in because I received two emails asking me to call or email about an opportunity to turn my lease in early. I called and emailed with no reply. Once in everyone was helpful. Was disappointed there was no privacy cover for the back of the car.

We apologize for not getting back to your emails regarding turning your lease in early — those emails were being sent out by a third-party provider, which we canceled our subscription with in December, so we were unaware that those emails were still being sent out from their address. As far as privacy covers go, if your car did not come with one pre-installed from the factory, are parts department should be able to order one for you, given one is available for your vehicle make and model. If there's anything else we can help with, don't hesitate to reach out!
