Every time I bring my truck in for maintenance.
Every time I bring my truck in for maintenance. I'm greeted with smiles. This time, it was Mark who greeted me. He is kind and very amiable. After awhile, Mark came up to me and explained that my truck needed transmission fluid replaced and I told him that i needed to speak with my husband. Well, after going back and forth with him, I was able to get an go ahead and asked Mark if we could do it. Little did I know, they had taken my truck down and washed it by the time the decision was made. I went to Mark and explained that my husband wanted it done. With a smile on his face, Mark said “You got it!”. When it was ready, Mark called my name and explained everything to me and walked me over to cash out. He was very pleasant to talk to and very easy going. It was then he told me the technician had washed my truck for the second time. These guys are amazing!!! I wouldn't want to take my truck anywhere else. Big thank you to Mark and especially the technician who worked on my vehicle! Thank you!

This visit was for safety recalls on my 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid. Shannon setup appointment. She gave an estimate of time on arrival. Time worked out very well. Also did oil change that was close to being due. Excellent job done by all.
