New tires

Made car buying reasonably pleasant.

The dealership offered a good selection of used vehicles, which we were after. The sales associate was helpful and candid in his comments with a minimum of misleading information.

Quoted correct

On time and coordiated recall. Very pleasant only item i asked quote but it was not done with sales tax inclided. I am on a tight bidget and the taxes were not figuredin.

Very up front

Was able to work out a decent deal with Ben Gallop on my trade in to buy a new Nissan Rogue sport . My 3rd car with Ben Gallop .Love my Nissan Rogue Sport !

I had a 11 o’clock appointment and as usual was prompt; upon arrival I was taken care of immediately; vehicle was ready in over an hour just as I had been informed. Have always had good service at Harte.
