This was my first car buying experience as a widow and I was nervous about the experience. Everyone at Litchfield Ford were professional, helpful and friendly.

My entire experience with Litchfield Ford was excellent . The people there were very attentive and polite and answered my every question and every worry that comes with buying a used, but new vehicle. Sam was the salesman who sold me the car and he made me feel very comfortable about every question I had to ask him . Hunter was the tech guy who went through the entire truck with me after the sale was finalized and I couldn’t have had a better experience learning about the truck than I did with Hunter. I would definitely go back there again!!!

Sam was amazing. Kept me informed about truck during the order process. Hunter went through all the features the truck has and helped get it all set up to my liking.
