Very solid and responsive customer service.

Very solid and responsive customer service. Mr Duffy showed himself competent and responsive to our questions and concerns. The deal went through much simpler than anticipated

Second time buying a Mazda.

Second time buying a Mazda. My wife needed a car after a storm blew a tree down on her existing car. Walked in the door and was greeted by Stephen Duffy. Stephen took us for a test drive in a CX 50. Loved the car and loved how Stephen did not pressure us and answered questions when we had them. 2 days later, we were again owners of a Mazda. When going to Modern Mazda keep an eye out for Stephen Duffy... He is what a salesperson should be.. Smart, honest, and pressure free.

I went to modern Mazda this past weekend looking for a new vehicle. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Zachary. He asked if he can help me and from there on out, he was right by my side the whole process, any questions I had he answered them. He was very very helpful. I would recommend modern Mazda to anyone looking for a car!!

I appreciate the outstanding customer service I received

I appreciate the outstanding customer service I received during my recent purchase of a 2025 Mazda CX-30 today. My sales consultant was Steve Duffy, his professionalism and personable nature, in an industry where high-pressure tactics can be common, was a refreshing exception. He was patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and allowing me to explore my options without ever feeling rushed. I honestly came into the process expecting it to be difficult, but Steve made it easy. His transparency during the entire process was appreciated. I've done business with many car dealerships in my life and service like this is rare, and it deserves to be recognized.
