Modern Mazda

My car unexpectedly died and I was dreading looking for a new car. I went to modern Mazda because it was the first in the closest car dealership to me. I met Henry and he was absolutely amazing. He he was very friendly and welcoming, and was not pushy or overbearing with me. That made me feel very comfortable. He was not your typical car salesman. Not knowing a lot about cars he did not make me feel uncomfortable with all the questions that I had. He made the transition from my old car to the Mazda CX five seamless and amazing. Henry is awesome and I would recommend seeing him if you need a car.

I had such a great experience working with Xavier when purchasing my new Mazda! I came in with my dad, and Xavier made the entire process comfortable, easy, and stress-free. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. What really stood out was his customer service even after the sale. I came back the same day because I couldn’t figure out Apple CarPlay, and Xavier was happy to help me get everything set up. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and happy with my new car. I highly recommend Xavier if you’re looking for a Mazda!

A great experience at MM - I set up a test drive and before I left that day I put down a deposit! Bethany was super helpful and gave me all the details on the car - showing me the features while we looked it over before the test drive! She reminded me via text about my purchase day and I got right in. I gave one less star only beacuse there was an issue with transferring my plates so I had to take a dealer plate home and return the following Monday morning for the registration. The whole experience was great - heads above anyplace else I’ve purchased a vehicle!
