I worked with Stephen Duffy for the lease of a new 2025 Mazda CX-30. Overall it was a hassle-free experience and Stephen was always very prompt to return calls and provide answers to my questions. The entire process was very transparent and I would recommend Modern Mazda to others without hesitation!

5 Stars – Outstanding Experience at Modern Mazda! We recently purchased a 2025 CX-5 from Modern Mazda in Thomaston, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Steve Duffy was our product consultant and he was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand what we needed and never made us feel rushed or pressured. It was one of the easiest and most comfortable car-buying experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend both Steve and Modern Mazda!

The best customer service from start to finish.

The best customer service from start to finish. Steve was so knowledgeable and helped me choose the best car for my needs. He explained how everything worked and was so patient . Nick helped with the finance papers and made the process so smooth. If you want excellent customer service and to be treated with respect, then I highly recommend Modern Motors for next car purchase! This was my 4th purchase👍🏼

This LEASE transaction couldn't have gone more smoothly. Messrs. Duffy and Gagain handled everything with patience and caring. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable experience in my first time leasing a car. (All prior cars had been purchased.)

Traded in my 10 yo Mazda CX9 for a new Mazda-5. Steve was the absolute best! He helped me pick out the best car to fit my needs and explained how everything worked so patiently. Nick made the paperwork part of the sale a breeze and made me feel comfortable understanding what I was signing. I was treated with the utmost respect by everyone . Thank you for a great experience!
