Buying a new car is a high stressing process.

Buying a new car is a high stressing process. You do your research looking at what you want and where you can find it. AutoNation had what I wanted and 3 hrs later of negotiations I drove it away.

My brother and I waited quite awhile for serves.

My brother and I waited quite awhile for serves. I understand it was a Saturday and the dealership had many customers waiting. Marus Link was pleasant and professional although he was quite busy, tending to another customer as well as me. It was a disappointment that I didn't receive a tour of my new car. I was not given a tour on how to pair my smartphone via Bluetooth or demonstration on other important features and safety devices. With the amount of technology that comes in most new cars, that walk-through is important and very useful. But overall, it was a good experience.
