Junior went above and beyond when I had my car serviced. He explained everything and offered recommendations as warranted. His customer service skills are an asset to the Auto Nation Service Team. I will remember to ask for him on all my future visits.

Oil Change

Dealer Auto Service tries to upsell on services. I fell for it. I am looking to purchase a new vehicle. It wont be from Auto Nation. I had my car in for services prior to oil change and everything on maintenance list was taken care of. I was told I needed spark plugs. I have 70k on vehicle and Honda recommends a 100k. Plus the service clerk attempted to overcharge me by stating she provided the wrong quote. Stay away.

Oil Change

Technician was very friendly and did not try to sell me other services not necessary. Oil change was completed in less than 1 hour.

Under warranty mean nothing at Honda in America!

Purchased my first Honda aacord and still under warranty. Found out my rear camera is loose and took it to this dealership. they said it happened because trunk has been closed hard and bracket fell off! I told them that truck lid suppose to be made song enough even if closed hard that I never did, must servive this small issue. they gave me the Honda Claim number and almost few days after he had nothing new to say and offered me getting second opinion from other dealership! Strange that all of them are connected and they think I am stupid to not understand that I will get the same answer as they will back up eachother. I never had Japoniese car and it may be a good car but if their customer service dosent back up their product not worth to by that here. Will go back to American.

Not honering factory warranty by making none sense reason.

Worst Experience

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! Purchased a vehicle on 8/20/18 with salesman named Harvey. All was going well until it was our turn to go into finance office. The finance guy came out and just waved us over. He didn't introduce himself all he said was "lets get this done" This guy had no personality and was not friendly at all. He was just giving us paper after paper to sign. We got to the "added protection" sheet and he started telling us how "EVERYONE" would always choose it because it had excellent coverage. I told him we were not interested and he just kept on pushing and pushing it on us. We repeatedly told him "no thank you" and he would not stop!! He kept saying "it doesn't make sense, why you won't ad it!" I told him it didn't need to make sense to him We simply were not interested into adding an additional $1,000 to our loan! I must of told this man NO 10 times and he wouldn't give up! I finally got so frustrated and told him if we can't continue with the original agreement we could forget about the deal! This guy had the audacity to tell me " Your not going to hurt my feelings if you walk out!" He went on to repeat that 2 more times!! He finally gave up with trying to sell us the added protection and we were able to signing our paperwork. After all was done he pushed our copies in front of us and walked out of office. He didn't say anything to us at all! We got up and went out on sales floor to find our salesman. I told Harvey what a rude guy that finance guy was and Harvey went over to get the General Manager. He introduced himself and said he would be reaching out to me the next day between 2-3 pm to find out what happened. It is now 2 days later and still haven't received a call from the "General Manager" I found the finance guys name after I got home and was looking through the paperwork. His name is Brian Fuller this guy is a total JERK!!!!! If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would! Will never return to this dealership or recommend to anyone!

Car servicing

Char was informative but not pushy. I told her I have a retired Honda mechanic friend who does my routine maintenance and she was fine with that. I hate a pushy advisor. She explained everything with a smile and shook my hand. If I lose my mechanic friend for some reason I would seek her out to do my future maintenance. I bought from another dealer only because my friend worked there.
