Great experience buying a used car!

We have bought used vehicles in the past from individuals instead of dealerships. I could not find the car we were looking for used for sale by owner so started to look at dealerships. When I called John Kraniotis about the 2014 Hyundai Tucson SE they had, I stated up front I want to know everything up front - what additional charges there are buying a used car from a dealership. Having dealt with salesmen for new cars and for car leases, I was ready for a "pitch." John was great. He went through everything with me over the phone. We came in two days later and had a great experience buying our used car. John was helpful, had the car ready for us to look at and test drive, there was no "hard sell," and the price was the best around. Believe me, I did my research. I felt we got a good deal on a very good vehicle. We bought the car that morning. the manager is obliged to go through the "added" protection products during the signing of the papers, but I told him we had time constraints and he went through all the paperwork quickly. There was a crack in one side mirror that we will need to come back to have fixed at no charge. Once we got the car home, my son realized one of the speakers was not functioning properly. I emailed John and he said it would be fixed when we bring in the car for the mirror. They stand behind their cars and the AutoNation promise of excellent service. It was easy and stress-free. Auto Nation is great!

I have been going to Auto Nation for the last Five Years. I like when you pull in for service, a concierge Meets you, gives you a bit of direction. Chat & Junior are two of the members of the service team they are awesome., professional and informative.

Excellent Service

Very thorough and personable... No attempt to sell a service that is not needed... I appreciate the diagram and thorough explanaton of the work that was done... Most of all I appreciate the fact that when the battery was found to be low it was replaced at no charge.. still under warranty. I gave AutoNation a 5 star rating associated with my purchase in the past and can now give a 5 star rating to their service department as well.
