Great service department!

I still go there to get my car serviced even though I moved far away from there and they are closer Honda dealerships.

Great place to get your Honda serviced. The staff is really friendly and easy to talk with. I would highly recommend this place that is looking for either to get there next Honda vehicle purchased or getting service for it. 👍👍👍

Looking for a new dealership to service my Pilot and I tried AN for the first time. Customer was 5 stars. Time to make repairs and pricing was better than other dealerships. I did have minor issues when they gave my car back but nothing too serious. But the facility is extremely dated. The waiting room is straight out of the 90?s and the chairs were old and uncomfortable. Dealers need to invest back into these things as looks and comfort (sitting for 4 hours) are important. Great bonus is the complimentary coffee, tea and snack options.

The experience in the service department was excellent

The experience in the service department was excellent from the start. Jasmine, the advisor I worked with was thorough in explaining the process step by step as well as a likely time frame for completion. Her approach was extremely pleasant. I was kept informed through a combination of text and in person updates. Can offer no suggestions for improvement as every step was excellent.

I was in for a oil change and found a clean facility with coffee and snacks. More importantly, the knowledgeable service person who kept me informed of the status of my car. It?s the little things that count!
