He offered several accommodating times and walked us through the differences of models and trims with expertise. After visiting several dealerships, we were delighted to come back and buy our Honda Civic Touring from him. It was a pleasant and painkess experience!

I wish I could rate negative reviews; I'd give it a -5!!! Let me tell you the whole story before I get to the good part. Amazingly, Gentleman Sammy has the patience to look for the ideal vehicle, making him a very great salesman to work with. Let's begin the narrative by advising all customers on how to avoid these scams. I recently went to AutoNation Honda O'Hare to buy a car, but I was very unhappy with my experience there. Sammy, the salesman I worked with to find the right car, is the only good memory I have of this place. The fraud begins with the final quote that includes the APR with monthly payment. They add an undisclosed warranty to the monthly payment, which was not disclosed, but as someone with a background in finance, I am able to comprehend the entire calculation. I asked the salesperson, and he arrived with Mr. Mike, who identified himself as the finance manager and attempted to defend the fact that it was merely an option that they did not provide, but which I had to discover on my own. I was furious because of all the scams, and Mr. Mike came with a new quote that showed the correct numbers, and we shook hands, but I asked if you could give me a better rate because I have a good credit score, and he came with Mr. Dillon, who introduced himself as GM and rudely stated that my bank could not give me a better rate. By mistake, he stated that we had already checked 12 banks and that this was the lowest. I asked him why you pulled my credit 12 times when I said salesperson don't pull my credit more than once, and he rudely said we can pull your credit as many times as we want as long as you sign the contract (don't forget I asked salesperson don't pull my credit more than once, and he said we won't). We finally agreed to buy the car because my brother liked it. We shook hands and asked the salesperson if we could start the process. They began the signing process, and we went to Mr. Dario's room to sign papers, and he's giving us contradictory information that contradicts what the salesman said. I asked Mr. Dario if the salesperson offered me something different than what you are saying now, and he said what I am saying is correct, and it doesn't matter what the salesperson offered at this point. I disagreed with his statement, and he said he called GM Mr. Dillon, who told him not to sell to them. We've already signed half of the paperwork, and he's now saying that we don't want to sell and that the decision is ours. Finally, he stated that we will not sell to you if you are not comfortable buying, but my question is how I can be comfortable if they try to scam me at every step. We had to leave the store without purchasing the car after spending 6 hours with the salesperson because we did not like their scam. Unfortunately, we do not have the authority to stop these sharks as customers. I was saved from the scam, but the majority of people do not comprehend how these scams operate, so the scammers typically prevail. The only way to stop them is not by avoiding the location, but by being vigilant and calculating everything, as almost every car dealer engages in the same scam. If you conduct a Google search for "car finance calculator," a multitude of results will appear. Please be aware of the undisclosed hidden costs that you may never be aware of. I am willing to discuss the complaint with any manager who is superior to Dillon. I've been in sales for a long time and will tell the upper management that honesty is the key to sales success. If I do not trust this location, I will never return. Best wishes for positive changes in this location. Mike, Dillon, and Dario were all extremely rude and aggressive. Overall, I would not recommend AutoNation Honda O'Hare to anyone looking to buy a car. The lack of integrity and customer service is unacceptable, and I would advise anyone doing business with them in the future to avoid doing so.

Honda O Hare

Yousef Alwari did a fine job. He kept me informed, explained all the reasons behind any replacement or repair. He was detailed, meticulous, personable. The ideal employee. I assume Luis Hemandez did the work. Also detailed. I had taken off the four valve caps on the tires, planning to stop in station and fill to 32. He noticed this and put on four new ones! Prior day did a car wash, so I removed the string ties to the floor mat. He tied on new ones. Always pleased with this Honda service.
