0 stars for Service Manager Chris Damiani. Very rude, argumentative and aggressive over the phone. I called Toyota because I bought my Truck there few years back. It started showing signs of oil leak on my cam shaft tower, apparently a very frequent problem with that model. Attempted to find an answer since I have only 40,000 miles in it but it’s just past the 5 year mark for the power train warranty. Sounds like Chris took my questions very personally and did not want to hear my problem, like any other dealership that sells a car and once it’s off their lot it’s the owners problem. Hope he had a great and healthy Holiday. Definitely would never buy another vehicle from them ever again. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I think people need to know before purchasing a car from Torrington Toyota. Be Aware !!!

Bought a 2024 Tacoma today. Worked with Larry Valenta in the Sales Dept. He was great. No hard sell, straightforward guy, no xx. While I was there I noticed how polite, engaging and professional all the staff were - even my 16 yr old kid mentioned to me how they treated him. Can't recommend Larry and this dealership more highly!

I found this dealership to very friendly and accommodating. In particular the salesman, Tee Hamzy, was very pleasant, helpful and honest. It was a very nice experience dealing with someone as competent and knowledgeable as Mr. Hamzy. Since I just picked my new Camry, I can’t speak to the speak from experience about the service dept., but if they are like Mr. Hamzy, I’m sure it will be just a pleasant.

Tee Hamzy is the best! Honest, efficient, charming and the list goes on. When I know what I want, I just call Tee and the rest is a pleasure. Also a wonderful friendly family dealership, I would not go anywhere else. Tee is worth the drive from anywhere, you cannot get better personalized customer service!!!!!
