I enjoyed to buy the new car in Toyota, cos cob. The dealership of mine, Keith, is such friendly and professional. And the other people are also friendly to me. Since it's my first time to buy a car by myself, they explained everything to me patiently and made me feel comfortable to buy car here. Anyway, I enjoy to buy the car here!

The purchase of our new Toyota Rav 4 was a extremely pleasant experience. My husband, John and I first went for a test drive with Dave. Then we went home with no hassle to buy this car right away. We thought about it at home, made our decision and went back to Dave with our choice. Dave was very helpful, and showed us the advantages of the Rav 4. Went for another test drive just to be sure. He was courteous and considerate of our wishes. It was a truly fun experience, buying our new Toyota.

Toyota's Payment waiver program and Toyota of Greenwich's efforts to fill our needs were a no problem exchange

This is the second Toyota I bought or leased from this dealer and in both instances Len was my sales person. By the way, it should be known that this is probably my 25th or 30th Toyota and or Lexus. I've bought them in three dealerships. Toyota City in Mamaroneck, Manhattan Beach Toyota and Toyota of Greenwich (Toyotas, that is). Len is as nice and open and considerate as any sales person with whom I have dealt. I chose his dealership because the person who sold me over left Toyota City. So now my new Toyota person will be Len. I knew what I wanted but still had to be convinced. Let's face it, the Toyota Prius V is, I believe a bit over priced, so Len explains the new features, the room, the improved dashboard, no small thing, at least to me. The handling did seem better and, lets face it, at my age, I like my comfort. And being a dyed-the-wool lover of the Earth, I wanted a hybrid. I also know what a pain-in-the-butt I can be, especially with all the technology in the car, but I know Len will give me all the tutorials I need. Interestingly enough, the former #2 person at Toyota City is now at Toyota of Greenwich, so I know the extra 30 miles round-trip will be worth it. Stanley R. Becker

Gentlemen, As the price of gas increases I had been thinking of purchasing a vehicle that would give better gas miliage than the vehicle I have been driving. A friend of mine has a prius which she purchased at Toyota of Greenwich and after seeing her vehicle and talking with her regarding the miliage as well as her overall satisfaction with the car, I decided to look at the Prius. On Feb. 28th My wife and I went to Toyota of Greenwich only to look as we had intended to look at sereral options. Salesman Rich McCarthy along with Keith Olsen were the people we delt with that evening, and they couldn't have been more acomadating. They explained the vehicle inside and out and we looked at it closer. It was roomier than I had realized and interesting but nice to drive. My wife has the Toyota Highlander which we also purchased at Toyota of Greenwich and she has been very satisfied with the vehicle as well as the service. We baught the Prius and I would highly recommend Rich and Keith, as well as the Sales Manager whose name escapes me at present as fine salesmen with whom I would certainly be happy to deal with in the future. In a lifetime of car buying this was the first experience that was truly fun. Leonard, besides being able to regale you with personal stories and make you feel included, really knows his cars (in this case the Prius V). We had predetermined what we wanted to pay by going online. There was no hassling or haggling and only once was there a fleeting reference to the old saw of having to run it past his boss. Our price was met and we were given full disclosure of all the little odds and ends charges that you lose sight of in these transactions. We like supporting local dealers if possible, and Leonard made this possible.
