I found it very helpful that the technician at Toyota of Greenwich called me several times during a Saturday morning service appointment to update me on the progress of the diagnostic and repair of my Toyota. It helps a great deal to know what is going on. It was a busy morning at Toyota of Greenwich and he told outright it would take a couple hours to get to my car - that was accurate and I understood what needed to be done to my car. This was my second time coming to get my car serviced. They were super fast and friendly. Julio greets you with a handshake and didn't pressure me to add on anything extra like I have been at other places.
