Very satisfied!

Very satisfied! Tony was very friendly and help us with everything! The car was supposed to be delivered at the end of the month but came 3 weeks before the date that’s was supposed to come!

Money Hungry Service Dept. selling unneeded work

On 6/10/22 I took my 2019 Honda Pilot into Danbury of Honda for a oil change. While the oil change went smoothly my issue with the service department is they recommend that I have a transmission service performed. My Pilot has 25,000 miles on it. It's been driven normally, no off road stuff, no towing, no long trips, no climbing mountains. Another words, it's been babied. Based on Honda's service schedule in the owners manual I should not need the transmission serviced until 105,000 miles. At a cost of over $200.00 based on Honda of Danbury's recommendations I'd waste over $600.00 doing maintenance that wasn't needed. Funny thing is they completely failed to recommend replacing the differential fluid which should be done every 30,000 miles. That recommendation I could have accepted as preventative & them looking out on my behalf.On the other hand recommending a transmission service I feel is trying to rip me off & take advantage of me.

Battery backup camera

Backup camera not working took them 3 hours to look at it and all they did was disconnect the battery and plug it back in again unbelievable then they turned around and charged her $70

Very pleased!

Purchased a new vehicle and the experience was great. Jessica handled the transaction well and picking up the car was very efficient! This was the second purchase from Honda of Danbury and I was very happy with both of them.

The best Honda dealership

Honda of Danbury is the best dealership i have ever dealt with. They are very professional and very up front with no pressure, hidden fees or surprises. I have purchased or leased a few Hondas from Danbury and will not go to any other dealer. Thanks to Tony D and Jay for their help in the process. best experience in the worst market

The best car shopping experience in the worst market, Honda of Danbury is exceptionally clean and professionally operated. Everyone is pleasant and attentive. Special shout out to John Francisco who handled everything without pressuring me, answered questions and always responded in a timely manor. I will be returning for all future purchases.
