Great dealer experience with Robert DeLancey
I am in the market for a Mercedes Benz and started looking in westchester county. The dealers were not very informative and did not want to take the time and answer my many questions. I visited Mercedes Benz of Greenwich and was greeted by Robert DeLancey. He was patient and spend quite a while discovering my needs. He showed me the available inventory and explained in detail the different packages and features. This is the dealership that will get my money due to its excellent sales staff. Thank you Robert you renewed my faith in CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Deplorable Customer Service!
The worst experience ever. Incompetent staff with poor customer service skills. Anthony Polisena hung up the phone on me. I have been waiting for new plates for 3 months

If I could give this dealership negative reviews, I would do that. I dealt with Paul Rudovich. I saw a CPO 2020 GLE for sale mat a great price with just about every option we wanted. I specifically asked why the car was for sale again and whether or not it was a lemon. Paul stated that it wasn't and that he thought the previous owners could not make payments due to Covid. When I went to see it, everything looked okay, other than a mild stitching issue with the seat. The day I went to pick it up, one of the cameras was not working and the engine light was on. Paul insisted that these things must have been overlooked on the inspection, and will be fixed. I showed up the next day, and all three issues were still there. I was running over mileage on my old car, so I trusted him that the service department would take care of it. The dealership made me feel like I was doing them a favor (turns out that I was). In the 10 weeks that I've had owned the car, the car has spent 4 weeks at the dealership service department. They fixed the seat. The engine light was finally fixed - turns out it was a coolant leak (makes me wonder if they inspected the car at all), and they still can not fix the camera. Dealing with the service department has been its own headache with loaner cars, managers not calling back, etc... My family has been driving MB for 20 years, and have never been treated so poorly. It does not seem that the people here care if they swindle their customers, let alone care about their satisfaction. I will never go back to this dealership with there are quality dealers in the area.

I came in looking for a replacement to my current MB lease. My Salesman Robert DeLancey was amazing. He was patient and followed up with me during the whole process. I am in love with my new C300!
I am very happy with my new purchase from Mercedes Benz. This is my third car with the dealership and its always so easy and seamless. Robert was very patient with my indecisive thoughts about what car I wanted to get into and the budget I didn't want to go over. I did not feel pressured at any point which is super important since car shopping is already usually unpleasant. I would recommend Robert and will always come back to Mercedes in Greenwich!
The worst car buying experience I’ve ever had!
My client and now friend brought me to Mercedes of Greenwich as he has purchased top of the line Mercedes from them for 30 years. I was looking for a pre-owned car at the least expensive price or at least at a fair market price. The first salesman was too busy to help me and after a week or so of supposedly ‘keeping an eye out for me’ and way too busy or uninterested in helping me I requested another salesman. This guy Tim was worse than Barry, the first guy who didn’t help me. Tim would promise me something, like running my credit app, or call me in the morning or call me on Monday for example but he never did! I have never seen such arrogance from a place that sells cars! Finally, I asked to speak with someone in charge and I was connected with Anthony the Sales Manager. Although very defensive in handling my complaints, he said that he would look into it and see what’s happening with my credit app which Tim strongly suggested that I complete and submit before we even negotiated the deal or before I even settled on the car that I wanted at a price that I was comfortable with! They are rude and arrogant and what is funny is that their motto is “It's all about the relationship” and this couldn’t be farther from the truth! It’s just ALL about the money not the relationship at all.

A great choice to shop for pre-owned cars
I stopped in at Mercedes Benz of Greenwich over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised with the inventory, pricing, and customer service I was offered. I met with Tim Healy who took the time to show me several different models, and even another brand other than Mercedes. We went on two test drives and I am still trying to decide which one I will go with. I am looking forward to meeting with Tim again in the next week or two.
A Seamless Experience
We met with Robert DeLancey who was not only friendly but extremely informative about the car we were looking to buy. After answering all of our questions and test driving the car it was an easy decision to buy our 2021 GLA 250 from Robert. We highly recommend Mercedes -Benz of Greenwich and Robert in particular. You will not be disappointed!
