I did research your inquiry about a 2012 Lexus LS460. On August 29th, Danielle did respond letting you know that car had been SOLD as was actually DELIVERED that same day. It appears that her email may have gone to your 'junk' folder and you never saw it. I responded again today by forwarding her email; but I am not sure it will go through. Awesome service!

TRIED TO BUY A CAR AND COULDN'T GET A CALL BACK

Monday, called and spoke to Gary to see if the 2019 Suburban was available. I was told it was available but he would have to check if the dealership dealt with Massachusetts RMV because it is a pain. Because I live an hour and a half away I offered to leave a deposit and explained I wanted to do as much as possible over the phone. I was told no to leaving a deposit, you know because he had to first figure out if they deal with MA RMV. Tuesday, no return call from Gary. I called him at 4:00 and he told me the same thing "well as I told you dealing with the Massachusetts RMV is a pain." I asked to speak to a manager because at this point I felt like he was brushing me off. I had already explained I had no trade-in, financing already secured, offered to leave a deposit, and wanted to purchase the Suburban. I spoke to Leo Karl at 4:10pm and explained. He said they do in fact deal with Masssachusetts and deal with out-of-state sales all the time. I again reiterated that I would like to purchase the car, he stated he was going into a meeting and would call right back as soon as he checked the availability of the Suburban. No call back! I called and left a message for Leo on Wednesday. No call back. I reached out via their online chats throughout the week and confirmed the vehicle was still available. I also was told the message to Leo that I was expecting a call back would be passed along. My husband called on Wednesday and spoke to Gary, who said he would check on availability and get back to him. NO call back. It is now Friday, and I still have not recieved a call back from the dealership. So, one last attempt, I put in an online request to Steve Karl this time and am awaiting a return call for a purchase and home delivering option of the vehicle. I am glad I live an hour and a half away because if I had to deal with this in person after a long drive I would be really upset. Beyond frustrated and disappointed that a company in the business of selling vehicles doesn't seem to want to sell their vehicle to a ready and willing customer.

Service

We recently had our tires replaced. They had the car for the whole day. I drove the car to Hampton Bays, NY a few days later and the pressure on one of the tires kept slowly dropping. I brought it to a service station and after several hours they discovered that a gasket had a small tear in the rubber.

He had everything prepared for us to sign and was incredible to work with over the phone. Gave an exceptional trade in offer, ensured the price of the car was reasonable and fair, and treated us (an active duty military family) with the upmost respect. We value the service we got by Leo Karl and also the friendship created, as he goes above and beyond to ensure we are being taken care of and are happy with our purchase. The customer service provided by him and Laurel was unparalleled. We will never buy another Chevrolet from any other dealer; 100% worth the drive to him.
