I was looking for a midsize sedan for My Wife.After telling a Friend , (Dave Ruden,)that I spent the last week or so looking for the right vehicle. He suggested I give Karl Chevrolet a call and talk to Rob Ferraro. I did and was pleasantly surprised to find a deal on a 2017 Malibu that no other dealer in a midsize sedan could come close to . I met with Rob on a Saturday afternoon and My Wife picked up the car on Monday. A really good experience.

Rob Ferraro was knowledgeable, personable, accessible and efficient. The Bolt is a new product for Chevy and Rob's mastery of it was impressive and helpful. The transaction was streamlined and easy, and his followup covered all my outstanding questions after a few weeks of ownership.

Just picked up my 6th vehicle from Rob. He helped me locate the exact truck I was looking for and all the details were taken care of at time of delivery.

They made honest offers for my trades and were straight-shooters the whole time. My most recent visit was with the service department. Toby was gracious, pleasant and helpful. I was able to leave the car at a convenient time for my work hours and was given a courtesy ride home. The car was repaired promptly and accurately and was returned to me spotless. Unlike other dealerships, Karl Chevrolet treated me with integrity and fairness, As a woman, I frequently have run into deceptive business practices at other businesses because they assume that I don't know anything about automobiles. This does not happen at Karl. The whole experience is relaxing and I leave confident that my car has been repaired correctly. I'm a loyal customer because they have earned my loyalty.
