Car buying is usually a dreaded experience for one reason or another. My experience at RL Chevy was the complete opposite. Each step was handled professionally. Everyone involved from my salesman Marty Aroneo, Sales Manager, Dave Ritter, Business Manager Jason Wexler, and Product Specialist Vinny Frasco, were awesome to deal and work with. I left happy, driving my new car in less than 4 hours! WOW! I whole heartedly recommend RL Chevy in Avenel NJ!

This is the 3rd vehicle we are buying from Richard Lucas Chevrolet. The salesmen are friendly & not pushy. They even have a person to show you how all the special features work in the vehicle. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Came from Pa after scouting a used car online. Called the night before to see if they would work with price. Got a call from Artie the next day saying to come on in. We wrote a check that night. Before leaving I noticed a screw in the sidewall of the tire. Shumar apologized and with the service guys gone for the night we picked up the car the next day with a brand new tire. Artie and Shumar were great to work with and I would go back here again regardless of the distance.

We are repeat customers of not only of this dealer but of Saul (our salesman.) Saul and the dealership zeroed in to the type of vehicle (& accessories) we want and need. They had a vehicle on the lot and were able to get to the bottom line without the typical "song & dance" you would get at other dealers. Once the deal was done, they were flexible when the vehicle could be picked up.

I love Richard Lucas bought Subaru Outback from here Cameron was outstanding salesman respected us and were happy to buy our Subaru recently I brought my friend to my favorite Richard Lucas and encountered Bill Powell he was nasty insulted us when asked his name he said Richard Lucas Jr. fortunately I knew Richard Lucas Jr. ! Because I was just accompanied my friend he told me to stay out not talking to me I was shocked to hear! Anyway I love the place for service Jason is nice so is Ryan Greg helped us! I wasn’t going to put the review but Bill is trying to ruin the image of the place so if you have a bad experience with him contact Cameron he is nice Don’t let Bill ruin the image of the place!

This dealer offered a quality experience. Shumar the salesman was of a sincere friendliness and did not pressure me into buying along with being very helpful throughout the entire process. He even helped me clean out my old messy car. Him and Vinny even stayed several hours past closing time to help me since I came into the dealer later in the day. I got the very same numbers when I walked into the finance office and there was no pressure for extra coverage. I was treated the very same before and after I signed on the dotted line.

I spent my Friday visiting Chevy dealers after research and reading up on the Chevy Tahoe. I left a few, feeling down, but walked into this dealer and was assisted by Jay Kolbasowski in sales. Incredible experience!! He was very helpful and did not apply the normal "pressure" associated with buying a car. I left there leaving a deposit on the vehicle I wanted. After a few more discussions by phone, I left the next day with my new SUV. When leaving several other members of the team greeted me and made sure I was leaving without any questions
