I purchased a new 2019 Chevy Colorado ZR2 yesterday. The whole process was flawless. My salesman, Angelo Strazzela went above and beyond for me. Vinny Frasco was also extremely professional, and showed me everything about my new vehicle. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Richard Lucas Chevrolet, and Angelo has been our salesman for each purchase.

My family recently needed to shop out two vehicles for lease agreements within our budget. Richard Lucas Chevrolet provided outstanding help in providing a best in class service not only helping us secure the two vehicles but going above and beyond with helping us trade in our used vehicles and shop out new insurance coverage. They stayed open late during a major snowstorm to ensure we received the cars and were not left without a vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone that would like to avoid scams and meet with honest people working within the car trade field.

These guys are great. Can't say enough nice things about them. My mother and I walked in to just discuss some options knowing winter was on its way and Subaru's reputation for their 4 wheel drive cars handling poor weather beautifully. I'd been to other dealers and had so many people calling me every single day after I expressed they didn't have what I was really looking for. Hidden fees, fees for paying off a car in full, etc. Bill Powell greeted us immediately with a very casual and friendly demeanor. Dealing with Bill was more like hanging out with a friend, and it was a pleasure discussing options with him. Never once pushed us to commit to anything and we felt zero pressure to rush and make a decision. We were so happy with the experience we turned right back around and put down a deposit. Since then I've been extremely satisfied with not only the amazing new car I've gotten but Bill's availability for us both. He's always around for any questions or issues, and he even stayed late after closing one day so I could stop in and pick up my plates. He always kept me updated on the status of my car when waiting for it to arrive and was even available by text which was very convenient. He was very thorough in reviewing its many features and took the time to make sure I understood everything that came with my new awesome car. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place that won't harass you to buy, they let the cars speak for themselves! While I primarily dealt with Bill the entire staff there seems to be on the same page, they want you to be comfortable and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure this is really the best fit for you. Their cars are amazing too and extremely fair prices. No complaints.

I had a great experience with David "Flash" Gordon. He was very knowledgeable about the Chevy Traverse we test drove and recommended the right trim package. Didn't feel pressured or that i was being sold extra packages that i didn't need

I went to Richard Lucas Chevrolet to look at a pickup truck and they had a great selection of pickups in the parking lot to choose from. My salesman Angelo show me all the vehicles that he had and showed me the best options for me to purchase the vehicle within the amount of money that I wanted to spend and so I purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Colorado fully loaded with a payment that I felt very comfortable with and again with no pressure. I also got to meet the owners of the dealership and they told me if I have any problems to call them directly and any problem that I would have it would be fixed at the time. I don't plan to have any issues with my vehicle being that it's brand new but to have the confidence of knowing that if I have an issue I can speak to them puts me at ease knowing that I can always go back and get problems fixed if I need to. I will definitely go back to purchase another vehicle soon for my wife being that she already told me what she wants for Christmas.
