Highlander 2018

Explained what were done. Only thing I waited for John B to do paper work and another customer cut the line and it her her a long time while waited behind. It would have been nice to tell the lady to wait so he can finish my paper work. That was an agony standing waiting . Something like should not have happened./ should not happen . Thank you

New car purchase

During the Covid peak they were so willing to do everything on line. It was not necessary for me to go to dealership. They even delivered new car and took back the old. Great experience.

2020 4 runner

Dropping off my car for service I was told the wait would be 11/2 hrs. They finish 20 minutes ahead of time. Nice surprise. Also , very courteous counter man.

The sales person, Ian Mcmahon, who worked with us was very knowledgeable about the cars and everything we wanted to know. He was very courteous, friendly, and responsive to all our questions and concerns. He went out of his way to make sure that we were totally satisfied with the car we purchased, and helped us in making the right decision which we are now very happy with. 2020 Camry XLE Hybrid TestDrive and Purchase

Used a car buying service via Consumer Reports to get quotes from local dealers. Visited a couple of dealerships 2-3 days later. Was a bit concerned that vehicles I was interested in could have been 'sold' WHICH REALLY CAN HAPPEN or otherwise unavailable but was pleasantly surprised when I was able to look at VIN numbers of exact vehicles I was interested in. This was my first time considering a hybrid model so I was happy being able to test drive the hybrid and non-hybrid versions for comparison. The dealership visit was pleasant with high attention to current day social distancing and safety concerns - face masks were mostly worn correctly by almost every individual (sales and customers). Sales rep was not pushy, gave me space to ponder things both on the lot and inside and answered questions I had. Having visited another dealership earlier and having quotes for multiple cars from multiple dealers gave me workable ballpark figures and allowed me to get a purchase price that was actually BETTER than the emailed quote. I did not have the luxury of time which may have allowed me to negotiate things down further or add on accessories for no additional cost. The only negative I was sensed from my experience, and I did not push back on, involved trade in value given for a my 2007 Infiniti that ran fine, had just under 150k miles but needed some costly repairs which is why I was shopping for a new car. Truly not worth doing some required significant repairs on it but I anticipated more than $300 'parts' allowance. I took that allowance as is since I was happy getting something for it without the hassle of selling or donating it elsewhere.

2009 Venza Nwk, NJ

Facility was clean and Covid-19 protocols in place and enforced. It turned out that I would need extensive repairs that I didnt think I could afford. Walking me through the repairs absolutely necessary to keep me safe although costly was within something I could work out financially and without much anxiety. That care and concern is why I keep bringing my car to Paul Miller Toyota for service and repair.
