I contacted this dealership excited and ready to purchase

I contacted this dealership excited and ready to purchase a vehicle I found on their site. I had been looking for this particular vehicle for a while and was sure this was the one. Before I made the 1.5 hour drive out there, I called the dealership and asked to speak with a salesperson to make sure. My terrible interaction with Joe Guerra immediately completely changed how I felt about shopping there. From the start, he sounded like he didn’t want to talk to me. When I asked a basic question about the car, he seemed irritated and confused, like I was being difficult for just wanting information. He said that if I didn’t offer the listing price then we’d be “nowhere close”. I honestly felt like he was annoyed at every moment during the phone call and instead of engaging with me respectfully, he just dismissed me. I left that call feeling incredibly small, like I didn’t matter at all. I’ve never been treated like that while car shopping. I would recommend that if you are planning to visit or do business with this dealership that you ask to speak to a salesperson other than Joe Guerra.

Service is very friendly accommodated.

Service is very friendly accommodated. My appointment did not have much time off from work to bring the car in. They got me in right away and I did not have to wait long to correct the problem with the car overall a great experience.

You must be kidding I had a 7:30 appointment and was the

You must be kidding I had a 7:30 appointment and was the first car inside for an oil change. I didn’t get out of there till 9:30. They didn’t do anything else but check the tire pressure and had the xxxxx to tell me they were backed up. Then they ask me if I want them to wash the car so I’ll be there another half hour. Don’t think they will be seeing me again. Oh and Joe G said when I brought the car he was going to give me 2 free oil changes guess what I only got 1 and it cost me $142.00 for an oil change that’s not going to happen again. I’ll bring it to the Englewood cliffs dealership next time it’s only 5 minutes from my house. And I thought you were going to be the dealership I was going to let everyone know what a great place to deal with. Sorry Brogen not happening. By the way lose my number.
