I just leased a Lexus RZ and I want to say that the Salesman Michael Lioi was excellent. He was very helpful and patient in explaining the details about the RZ especially since I have never leased an electric car before. I gave him 5 stars based on his knowledge and ease in dealing with him. Also, the tech Noah was excellent as well as he explained all of the options on the new Lexus RZ. Fantastic experience.

WARNING!
WARNING!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY EXTENDED WARRANTY HERE, THEY WILL TRY TO FIND ANY EXCUSE TO NOT COVER THE REPAIRS!!!! If it isn't pre owned while still in the original warranty period or isn't certified pre owned don't waste your money. My wife and I recently purchased two pre owned vehicles from Lexus of Route 10. They were purchased about 2-3 weeks apart in January and February of this year. The first was my 2013 LX570 which I know is known to be a very reliable suv even at this age. At the time of purchase we chose to buy the extended warranty just to be safe & feel more confident in our decision to buy a vehicle that old for almost 30k. The second was a 2014 LS460 for my wife which is the same model she previously lost in an accident for another 25k. Low and behold it was time for me to get my 1st minor service and I had a few issues that were bothering me so I decided to take it in for service and have the repairs done under warranty. I had three issues with the truck first, the remote start stopped working which was a factory installed item and even though there's window decals on both front doors and under the hood stating that and I have the original window sticker showing it was a factory installed option I was later questioned by Nick in the service department about who installed it. At that point I knew there was going to be a problem with things not being covered under a " bumper to bumper" warranty policy that I paid several thousands of dollars for just to have peace of mind, or so I thought. The other two problems were the "cool box" in the center console (which is one of the known luxuries of the LX570) stopped working. Then there was the driver's seat cooling feature making a very loud noise and causing the seat to vibrate while using it. I received a call the next day after dropping the truck off and I was told that nothing that I brought it in for is covered by the extended warranty I paid for and if I wanted to get the three items fixed it would be well over 5 thousand dollars which is just around what I paid for the warranty. The only reason we chose to go back to Lexus of Route 10 is because we purchased a LS460 in 2017 ( which was totaled in late 2024 in a motor vehicle accident) there and never had any issues so even though it's an hour out of our way we decided to remain loyal customers and return there and like I said in the beginning to buy not one but two more vehicles even though we were only looking for one. I'm done conducting any business here and will find a much closer dealership and build a relationship with them. This is how you treat your customers i haven't heard anything from you guys as you stated in your email the labor was a bit excessive for the work needed to be done on my car $800 labor is outrageous the parts were only like $150 I will not stop expressing myself are recommended anyone go here im waiting for you guys to be professional and reach out to me until then I will continue to express myself on every platform and ask if anyone goes there revaluate what needs to be done and what your.paying for and yes I agreed to pay this price because Mr. MYLES HAD me believe my car was in bad condition it needed to be fixed right then and there I asked could it wait he said he didn't suggest it

Eric, Mr. Williams, Myles, your service consultant spoke with you and your warranty company on 2 separate conference calls to clarify that your aftermarket warranty coverage was for internal seals, whereas external seals were not covered. This was explained during those conference calls, and an estimate was provided for the repair, which you approved prior to performing the repairs. You are correct, the parts are not that costly, however the repair does require extensive labor to complete. You state in your review that you did not understand the reason for the repair not to be covered, but again, this was discussed at length during your conversation with Myles and your warranty company. When reached today by our dealership to follow up on your service and ask if you had any questions, you hung up on the representative assisting you, and did not answer Myles' return phone call, but instead posted this review. Regardless, Myles reached out yet again, and not only answered any questions you had, but also to provide a reminder that a loaner vehicle was provided to you so that you were not pressured to make a decision in one day, but instead to take you time to weigh your options and make a decision you were comfortable with.

You were given a loaner and extended time to decide if you wished to proceed with the repair, knowing exactly what the final price would be. You approved that work, and now are using review sites in an attempt to re-negotiate the price of a repair that has already been completed. This is not how we conduct business, and it is unacceptable to attempt to provide inaccurate information in reviews in attempt to receive compensation when the work was done properly, and with prior approval from you. We welcome you to visit another service facility moving forward.
I never hung up on anyone also i asked for time you said i had to bring the loaner back again the impression he gave me that my car had to be fixed immediately again lets be realistic the price was outrageous $800 dollars for labor so lets tell the truth then yes you did call me more concerned about the rating more than anything telling me thats how you get paid your more concerned with that than the customer satisfaction
The more i think about it most places i know if they diagnosed your car they wont charge you if there doing the work but thats not the case here again there more worried about reviews then the satisfaction of the customer again i wont stop if i dont stand for something i will fall for anything all im asking is for a price reduction that i believe i deserve after me doing research it didnt take long to perform this work you showing me pictures dont mean to much take me to the cat as all customerrs should be and let me see for myself you really had me going that it needed to be fixed now let me ask a question would you have paid that price no i look to hear fromyou guys to see if we can resolve this

Nick and Abe made an excellent soft sell of the RZ All Electric vehicle, which we decided on, the very first visit and Test Drive. No pressure, but very softly addressed our requirements A very pleasant experience all round

Absolutely amazing customer service. Walking in the receptionists are so warm and welcoming. Judive the sales representative is absolutely amazing. She’s so patient and attentive. By far the best sales experience my husband and I have had in a long time. Tony in the finance department was absolutely easy to work with and just a pleasure to have as the finance person. To top it off the dealership manager emails expressing his gratitude on our purchase. My husband and I left with a beautiful Rx 350 sport and we have vouched to buy our next cars at Lexus of route 10.
