Christine has sold me 7 cars and her professionalism and knowledge has always made my car purchases seamless. I have recommended many of my friends and all have had the same quality service and honesty. If you are looking for a new Lexus she is the sales person you need to speak with.

Loyal Customer for 12 Years and Counting…

The entire guest experience at Lexus of Route 10 is truly outstanding. One of the highest compliments a dealership can receive is the purchase of an additional vehicle based on the dealership’s commitment to exceptional customer service - and so I find myself the owner of a second RX350 from Lexus of Route 10. I highly recommend Lexus of Route 10 based on the level and caliber of service they provide straight through from the sales, financing, maintenance and support teams.

Love my New UXh and had a seamlessly easy experience with Tammy and the team at Rte 10 Lexus. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Tammy did a great job communicating through the process so there were no surprises, just a great experience.

Review edit: I received a call from the dealership today

Review edit: I received a call from the dealership today to apologize for any misunderstanding and changed my review from 2 to 5 stars. It turns out the issue was not with the manager and I’ll leave it that. The fact Brad and Wayne took the time to call and explain the issue they were having with some out of state DMV’s and offer to get me in a vehicle speaks to their integrity and excellence. The ratings is what led me to Lexus of Route 10 initially and now I know why they have the ratings they do. I would have took them up on their offer to fix the issue and get a vehicle from them, but I just purchased one a couple days ago. Despite that they offered to assist me if I have any future questions or issues with my vehicle. Thank you for taking the time to call me today and showing excellence in customer service. Your customers are fortunate to have you all in leadership. I would highly recommend the dealership to purchase a Lexus. Class act dealership and management! Original review: Was on the verge of purchasing a RX350 from the dealership and was coming from Virginia. Worked out my days off and transportation to NJ all day. The salesman worked with me and communicated with me throughout the process. Later that afternoon I received a call from the salesman who tells me his manager won’t sell cars to Virginia, Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts and some other states. Apparently they don’t want to deal with the DMV’s in those states. I don’t blame the salesman which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1 star. However, I do blame the manager and the dealership. How do you not make your salesman aware of not selling to some out of state buyers due to issues with DMV. At least have that listed on the website so time is not being wasted. At a minimum make your salesman aware of such policy changes.

NX LEXUS 2022 THUMBS DOWN

I PURCHASED A NEW NX 2022 LEXUS FEB 2 2022 THE CAR PLAY DOES NOT WORK SINCE I BOUGHT IT CALLED DEALERSHIP SEVERAL TIMES AT FIRST I FELT LIKE WAS BOTHERING THEM NOW THE ARE AWARE THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE TECHNOLOGY. DO NOT PURSCHASE 2022 NX LEXUS

Both Rich and RJ in our technology department have been in constant communication with Lexus Corporate, and we are currently waiting for a software update to correct this issue. We understand that it has been frustrating, and both Rich and RJ will continue to answer any questions that you may have. The concern that we have is that as a dealer, we are forced to wait for Lexus to correct the issue, but we assure you, we will be in contact the moment we have the solution. I purchased a 2020 RX450h from this dealership yesterday

I purchased a 2020 RX450h from this dealership yesterday (3-10-2022). Duke Snyder was my sales person. He handled the transaction with the utmost professionalism and respect. No high pressure therefore resulting in a completely stress free process. The process went extremely smooth and hassle free. It was a pleasure dealing with Duke as well as the Finance Manager Juan Gonzalez and the Tech guru Mike Murphy. I would recommend the dealership and specifically these three individuals to anyone who is interested in a Lexus. Job well done gentlemen!!

Great experience

It’s Great experience and I could not have asked for better and it’s pleasure working with DUKE SNYDER at Lexus of Route 10. He was very professional and understanding made the whole process extremely easy.he made me feel that I get more then what I was asking for. and special thank to Juan Gonzalez from the finance department for answering all my questions about the payment and warranty. I definitely recommend everyone to buy their next car from them

We had such a good experience working with Christine and...

We had such a good experience working with Christine and the rest of the people at Lexus of Route 10. We did not buy the day of our test drive and wanted to mull it over. Christine was very helpful and we corresponded over the next several days. We took home our first Lexus today and are so happy with how it all came to fruition. Looking forward to getting a second Lexus for the household when our other lease is up!

I purchased my 2017 Lexus NX at Lexus of Route 10 October, 2020. I have the highest praise for the Service Department. Myles Chizacky, Master Certified Saervice Consultant, is the most pleasant, professional and kind person that I have ever dealt with and any car dealership since I started driving in 1982. His patience, compassion and knowledge is beyond incredible ! I live in Brooklyn, NY and will only service my vehicle at Route 10 Lexus because of my confidence in Myles and the entire service department . I highly recommend them !
