I wish there was a zero rating. They don’t deserve a one. My GF and I have been communicating with the dealer for days. We were waiting for a call back from the sales manager as we were working out the final details on the purchase of a used Q3. He never called back but we were assured by the sales rep that our appt is on. We had an appt for 2 pm and showed up promptly with a bank check in hand. After waiting for approx 15 min we were told sorry the vehicle has been sold yesterday! We drove down specially to buy this car. They didn’t even apologize! Didn’t offer other cars. Rude and disrespectful. Should have at the very least called us to let us know the car has been sold and not waste our time. This place is a disgrace to the Audi brand. I will filing a complaint with Audi corporate as well as car dealer ratings websites. I hope they get penalized!

This the the 2nd vehicle I purchase at DCH Audi within one year. I went into DCH for a oil change and left with a second vehicle. Rui tome, the sale manager make the purchase process quick and Pleasant. ( No xx)

Found a car I liked at this dealership and called them up. I asked for sales and got in touch with Jake. I asked direct question and got direct answers, there was no pressuring to come in. I asked for the total out the door cost, estimated payments, and flexibility in pricing. Got quick answers on the phone right away, with no call backs. Once I was satisfied with the price after a little negotiation I informed them that I would be in the next day and at what time. When I got there I viewed and drove the car and everything was as described. The paperwork as already for me and most importantly the price was exactly as discussed. Very professional and straight forward. A nice change compared to many dealers who play games and skew information and numbers. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for an Audi.

This is my sixth vehicle purchases from DCH. I have always been entirely satisfied with the experience. Joe Sasso has been the continuity and without him it is not as clear that I would continue to purchase Audi’s.
